Their Hawaiian thin crust pizza is BOMB! Highly recommend. Reason for my 3 stars is because last week, I came home from a long day at the beach with my kids to what I thought was a delicious deep dish from mugs but after taking one bite… I told my husband, there is something wrong with the crust. Not saying it was completely raw but it definitely was not cooked properly. It was really gross. My husband and I were upset and he took it back. I am disappointed to learn and read how management or the owner handled this. We are not lying. We have been customers for a long time. We do appreciate the refund but we wont be ordering from Mugs again. Thank you.

Mug’s has been our late-late night pizza spot for years, our orders always been ready on time for pick up. 20 minutes or less for a LG thin sausage & some cheese fries. The burgers, chicken stripes & wings are good. But make sure to ask they pack any ranch or anything cold separate because otherwise they put it inside the same box with hot food and its nasty warm by the time u get it. And they close by 1am now, according to the voice-mail tonight.

Love their pizza! The staff is really nice and I like the fact that it’s take-out. We ordered for the Super Bowl and they made it happen. Even though they were super busy with orders they remained calm and I was able to get my order in and on time. One of the best pizza places hands down.

Have you tried the BLT pizza, well it’s something to look forward to. Very good place. Stuffed pizza is a 45 min wait and it’s very good. Ribs very good. Au gratin potatoes freshly made. Good staff and great service.

I had a carry out order. It was ready exactly when I had been told to come for the pickup. Baked mostaccoli had significant cheese and was large. Packed in a tin then inside styrofoam to stay hot. salad was a nice size and garlic bread was great. Will definitely order again
