Very poor service asked for two super dock sandwiches tilapia and got two whiting. When I addressed the issue the employee came very confrontational, saying you didn’t say tilapia. But he didn’t take my order, it was a lady took my order. Then he said well we can not change it since you already got the food. The fish was old, like it had been sitting out for a while and the tomatoes was soggy. It wasn’t fresh at all!

Famous for the “Fish Doc Sauce”. It’s a mix of spicy and everything great. Definitely a neighborhood favorite! My favorite meal to order is the 2pc catfish dinner (fried crispy of course). The fish is always seasoned on point and nice size; this is the only seafood restaurant where I’m happy to eat the hush puppies. I was So happy about the reopening of this restaurant. Hope it stays around ! There’s no competition when it comes to the fish doc sauce !

Very poor customer service! Many times I have been there, there has always been someone to walk out side to take orders and go inside and start preparing the orders. Today they let a line of 8 cars wait in line for a hour before sending a girl out with a notepad to tell everyone they close at 6. It was 6:02pm and I was waiting for a hour, I can imagine how long the cars ahead of me had been waiting. That was very rude and inconsiderate. I will never spend any of my money there ever again. I only have 1 star to post the review, other than that it’s 0.

Steer clear on Fridays. I go for the Dock sauce. The fish is some timey after the original owner left. Sometimes the fish is fried too long and it’s rubbery, other times it’s perfect. It’s a toss up. The sauce has changed too but it’s still good. Wait times are always long no matter what, but I can say it is worth it. I go for the SAUCE.

Drove across town on my Lunch Break b/c some of my co-workers and I wanted a Super Dock Sandwich. I repeatedly said that one of the sandwiches needed to be plain with no sauce. When I received my order, the guy told me that the one with the toothpick was plain with no sauce. Got back to work and my sandwich was drowning with Sauce (Both sandwiches on the order). Called to report it. Spoke to a female who had a terrible attitude. She kept telling me that the one with the toothpick has no sauce and I am sitting here with this sandwich drowning in sauce. I told her that I didn’t get off until 8:00 PM and could not come back over there until then. They close at 6:30 pm. She told me that the only way that they would know that it was filled with sauce is if I brought it back. So I asked if she wanted me to keep the sandwich until tomorrow to bring it back, she said yes. Can you imagine me keeping a fish sandwich overnight just to take it back to prove to them that their Customer Service is horrible. It was so much better when Mr. West owned the facility and ran the restaurant. I use to live right around the corner and patronized his business at least twice a week. Don’t think that I will be returning while they have the employees that they currently have. The food does not taste as good as it use to anyway. I strongly suggest that if you are looking to eat fish, please take your business elsewhere.
