I rarely treat myself to coffee. This morning I decided that it would be a wonderful day to get a coffee from Tim Hortons. It was unfortunate that I was treated with a blunt, rude, and unkind worker. I thankfully have gotten to a place where I don’t allow others to impact my mood. I decided to let the worker know that I was all set and declined to continue to order. I hope she finds patience and kindness; very important for customer service.

It is 10:35 am and I was in line behind a Mom and her daughter. Her little girl dropped her small box of timbits on the ground and was extremely heartbroken. The Mom mentioned that her daughter dropped them and the girl behind the counter said there is nothing she could do about it. I understand that it is a business, but good customer service would call for just replacing them for the little girl. I was disappointed in how this was handled, so I left without placing an order. Do better Tim Horton’s employees.

Honestly, the worst experience I have had at a Time Hortons. The line was excessively long which I can usually handle. The staff was not friendly and it was clear that they were not paying attention to our order. It took them three tries to get a simple sandwich right (Sausage and cheese on an everything bagel). When we received our drink the guy at the window spilled sprinkles all over my husband. Again, wouldn’t be a huge deal but the amount of sprinkles spilled was ridiculous. His car seat and floor is now rainbow colored. We had to ask for a copy of our receipt 3 times before we actually received it. Once my husband went inside and talked to the manager we got everything straightened out. We will not be going here again.

So for my last couple of visits I haven’t gotten any napkins in my bag. Today was completely different I got a napkin, but no bag, and my small coke, was a small diet. I can’t have diet drinks that’s why I don’t order them. I think I was happier with a bag, correct drink and no napkin.

It was terrible. I placed an mobile order at 7:05, I arrived at 7:39 to pick up my order. They said they could not make my Panini because they already shut down the griddle even though the store was not suppose to close until 8pm. They told me to come back the next day to pick up my order. When I arrived the next MORNING (to make sure they had plenty of time to cook it). I was treated very poorly, no I’m sorry, or thank you. They even treated me like they didn’t believe me when I said I had an order from yesterday. This was my very first time coming to this particular Tim Hortons and it will definitely be my last.

Worst service I have ever had. I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich and they asked me to pull around for it which already was odd because it was just one sandwich with no special add ons and after 15 minutes of waiting I had to go inside and check on my order. The lady just stood there with a blank stare on her face but the guy there actually did help me and go make my sandwich in less than a minute. I could hear him tell someone in the back that the order was cancelled and it was missed. Why my order was cancelled after I paid for it and waited is beyond me. I hope the workers here don’t expect $15 an hour.

Worst experience I ever had at a Tim Hortons. This was my first time ordering. Worker yelled at me for getting a order number mixed up and told me to hurry up I was taking too long. As I was hurrying up to make my order. He made another nasty comment. This was no more then two minutes and no one was behind me. I asked to speak to a manager, he said he won’t do nothing, so I left before I did something. I won’t ever go to this Tim Hortons. Don’t take it out on the customer because you don’t like your cheap job.
