The pizza was overcooked and the fried ravioli seemed like it was fried twice. They were very greasy and unedible. Very disappointed in this order, I have ordered from them in the past and it was a lot better than this time. Sorry to see the quality go down so far!! I really hate when a restaurant sends out food for delivery that they would be embarrassed to serve to a customer eating in!!

Pizza cheese burnt on top of pizza & enough grease on bottom of pizza box to fry eggs. The wings were cooked straight through to the meat and dried out! Whoever prepped this food needs to find another job!!!! Amili’s was NEVER like this before!!! Horrible

Horrible experience. Online order placed arrived at 7pm like the email said. Waited 1 hour and 5 mins after that time because he hadn’t even started making it. Get the pizza home it’s RAW IN THE MIDDLE not cooked not edible! Called up and he said he would not refund until he saw the pizza so he would come and get it. We waited until 10pm he never showed called and he said leave it someone will come and get it. We left it on our porch and woke up to raccoons scavenging it. He still never came to get the pizza and then when we called he said calm down in a few days I will refund your money. Yet to see a refund still waiting. This wasn’t a 30 dollar pizza order it was over 100 dollars with a significant tip! He says he has no cooks which I understand but should have been refunded when pizza wasn’t edible and we should have been given a REALISTIC pick up time so we weren’t stuck there for over an hour with toddlers!!!

I had never been here before, prior to a week ago.,Stopped to see if by chance they sold slices, we ordered 2, ate it in the car and went back in and ordered a large Pizza! Absolutely delicious, and very reasonable..it just might be my new favorite pizza!!!

Have been going to Amili’s in Plum for over 20 years! We have always enjoyed chatting to the owners/their employees; and the pizzas & hoagies are delicious, as are the salads. And like every other eatery, the prices have gone up but the food’s still great.

Only had one person running the whole place so no phone or online orders. She was doing a good job considering the circumstances. Pizza, and zucchini fries were good. Didn’t like the steak sub not sure what kinda steak but it isn’t worth getting again. We will stick with the pizza.
