Refused to take our order and an elderly ladie’s order and said it’s corporate policy to have to use the kiosk now. She only had cash and the kiosk only takes card. They didn’t have a sign up or anything saying that they wouldn’t wait on customers anymore and there is a cash register up there. We stood up there for at least 5 minutes and nobody told us they wouldn’t take our order until he finally asked why he hadn’t been waited on. This used to be such a great Taco Bell with exceptional customer service.

I ordered on Door Dash. I guess I won’t do that,again. They sent the order,with no sauces. It is not the same with no hot sauce. They did not reach out or fix issue when I complained,either. $25 of food that didn’t get eaten! Now I order Iguana’s Mexican! Plenty of salsa. Better tasting food and ppl who care about their customers! Win win. Never had an issue at Iguana’s! I love the enchiladas.

On Sunday afternoon my husband and I decided to stop at the neighborhood Taco bell before we went home to cook dinner. We spent twenty four dollars and got plenty. When we opened our Mexican pizza there were several eye lashes and a piece of hair in the box and on the food. When I brought it back and requested a refund I was told no by the so called manager named Reba and was told that she cannot refund the money unless her big boss named Tonya was there…. No I’m sorry for the hair being in your food or anything. Reba treated me like I was annoying her by even speaking… I received nothing but attitude. We will definitely never eat here again and I will be telling ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS this evening at our weekly pow wow my experience. I would rather drive 20 miles away before I EVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

Went to taco bell and went through the drive thru and after discovering this went back around and tried to get this replaced and was told after we asked where the chicken was she replied that she watched them make em and there was a scoop of chicken on them and said no and we said there is just one scoop between for of them and she said I don’t know what to tell you I watched make em and asked what do you expect for a dollar. I’ve worked in the fast food industry off an on all my life and have never refused to make the food right and say sorry bout you I’m refusing to make it right. Wow what happened to integrity

The ladies at the drive thru were very nice but when i got home to see the black bean crunchwrap had very little beans i was very upset.. It taste like i was just eating a wrap with some lettuce and tomato, This is why i dont come to this taco bell very often.
