I met Adam, the co-owner, when The Chapp was still a dream. It’s been fun to see it all come together into a place that I can’t get enough of. My favorites are the bacon cheeseburger and the crispy chicken sandwich, but I’ve loved everything I’ve tried! Between the food, the beers and the atmosphere, it has become one of my all-time favorite spots. I definitely recommend The Chapp!

The Middleton burger was delicious. And the hard cider was tasty. We all split the plates because of other occasions not cost. The $$ is also easy to swallow unlike the drive thru that cost the same. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the drink list

I walked in and was greeted by the ever so familiar dive bar feel with a drop tile roof that contained grease stains older than myself. However, the server and owner were respectfully pleasant and the food was amazing. The atmosphere was perfect for an enjoyable 3 hour conversation with my friend. Tap had a rotating selection and the single beer I had was outstanding. I wish this place more business, it’s a bit of a gem.

Food is great. Owner super friendly. I would definitely comeback. That says a lot for me the food blogger. LOL Burger was fantastic and perfect meat to bread ratio. The focaccia bun was awesome. We also got the pretzel and it was definitely a reason to comeback. Come and try it if you haven’t.

I was not impressed whatsoever. Our food was not awesome. It was mediocre at best. We didn’t even finish our meals. The table service was non-existent. The nice young lady was quick to take our drink order but once she brought them to us she never came back to our table again. Same with the gentleman that took our food order. We waited to order more drinks but they both avoided us like the plague. They took care of the tables around us but not ours. I had to go hunt someone down to place an order. Twice! Then again when we needed to pay. The whole thing was pretty disappointing.

Food was very tasty! Servers were polite if slow, wasn’t too busy. Online menu isn’t accurate because beer and cider choices change frequently. All in all not too bad.

I’d like to start by saying the food here is absolutely terrific and I had 0 problems with any of it. Now what was far from terrific was the service. The staff have to be some of the most rude unpleasant people I have experienced eating out. When me and my party first walked in we were not greeted with a “hi how are you doing” or anything close to that. Instead we received 2 very mean looks from the 2 people behind the counter. When we approached the girl behind the counter she just goes “can I help you” in a rude tone. We then told her we just need a table. After seating us down and getting us drinks she comes over and goes “are you guys going to be getting any food” in an extremely rude tone again. We then proceed to give her our orders of which she writes none of down, I then watch her go and take another tables order and write down what they say and they ordered less food then we did. Eventually we are served our food and as I said before it’s quite good. The girl who has our server did not talk to us a single time again after our food was served except to serve us our check, no “is everything alright” or “can I get you guys anything else” she instead sat behind the counter texting on her phone. Overall the place has a very nice look to it and great food but the service really turns the whole experience into a negative one.
