I really enjoyed lunch here today! My Oreo milkshake and truffle style fries were delicious! Alex provided great customer service, and demonstrated attentiveness to customers and his staff. I don’t know what is happening with this place, but it all comes down to lack of employees. The product is good, but when there is only one e person running the whole place, they aren’t going to do the food justice or provide the best service in a timely manner. Management needs to get this place in shape and back to serving great burgers.

The burger was okay but it needed seasoning. Also instead of giving you a number they walk around the restaurant calling your name. Love the drink machine. Don’t like the doors. The bugs were coming in. There was no soap in the restroom. People were going into the men’s room for soap.

At first we were a little skeptical about dining here because the Google reviews weren’t great, but I can assure you that the food is great! The burgers were great; urban fries; onion rings (try dipping them in the BurgerFi sauce) & the red velvet milkshake were all AWESOME!

In the middle of a snowstorm in Williamsburg Virginia, I decided to go to BurgerFi and pick up some food. I had been wanting to try several of their burgers since I had never been in a BurgerFi before. The three gentleman working were friendly and the place was spotless. I highly recommend eating there but I decided to get mine to go and head back to try the food.

We stopped here after hitting the nearby waterpark. The food was good, the dining area was clean, and the staff were friendly. We got two burgers and some cajun fries. I also ordered a custard shake that was delicious. I recommend giving this place a try. I don’t understand the low rating based on our experience.

I wanted to love this place. While having my nails done last month they were doing training and brought some of the prepared food to the neighboring businesses. Last month it was excellent. Today, not so much. 15 minutes in line to order, 20 minutes to get food. Burger was cooked well but the lettuce was whimpy. The onion rings had good flavor but very greasy. The french fries were great. I was hoping for a nice cold adult beverage, but nothing yet. Their ordering process needs to learn something from Chick-fil-A. The tables were clean and the interior is inviting.

Came from the bounce house with 2 hungry toddlers, my most favorite people in the world who also happen to be very picky eaters. And they let you know when you mess up a hamburger or hotdog, because it is possible to mess them up. Not here though. And when these two are satisfied, so am I. There was one guy working the grill and register and he was awesome! The food was great. The floor was a little sticky, which is the only reason I couldn’t give five stars. But I would recommend the burger place above all others. Thank you Alex!!

The food is excellent. It is huge and filling in the portion they give! It’s better than 5 guys in my opinion! I will definitely be coming back! And the straws they give for milkshakes is great. If there was one thing to nit pick about it would be the dipping sauce fillers were a bit small. But that’s no big deal
