It’s ok. Need a little atmosphere uplift. Not quite as good as previous. Not bad. Be aware. Mandatory 18% tip on any party of 5 and over unless an infant. Kids are included in the 5. Drinks are 5$ for a soda.

Service is kind of intense. Older fellow seems really stressed out and tells you what to do immediately (seems like scolding), rather than greets you. They act like they’re suspicious, which in turn makes me not want to do that again. Second time: same both times. Servings kind of skimpy considering cost. This cost $28? Two pieces of salmon sushi $9 (thought it was a roll for that price). Advice: 1. calm down 2. learn how to communicate effectively/politely with the one business you’re offering. Still hungry.

Its super fun to see them cook your food in front of you. My daughter thought it was so fun. I had the pineapple calamari i enjoyed it my mom had the udon it was good. 4 stars because the wait staff was not attentive however hokie the chef was great!

My review is specifically for the meal I had, which was shrimp tempura udon and a sashimi appetizer. The udon broth was a bit bland, and all it was served with was a light sprinkle of green onion, one half slice of kamaboko, and half a hard-boiled egg. I added some of the dipping sauce for the tempura but it was still not quite right. The green iced tea was good, and I thought it was nice that they let me take it to go (especially since it was almost $5). Sashimi portion was good for the price. Service was prompt and courteous. It was ok for lunch.
