New spot for wings in the city of Monterey Park. Very spacious, fresh, and bright. Was greeted when we entered (customer service wise) he was very helpful in guiding us through the menu and suggested a few options. There’s three reasons why I’m giving the establishment 2 stars, 1. The beverage option was very limited. The soda machine was out of service, and even though he tried fixing it, it still was a no for me because i poured lemonade, and black particles were coming out from the machine. He offered a can soda or water, and they only had diet pepsi,mountain dew, or root beer, also a No for me, so my only choice was water. They have a good selection for bottled beer, and they offer tap beer. Unfortunately, it’s not working at the moment it will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to be fixed. 2. Cleanliness is a must. I was the first customer as soon as they opened. Therefore, it should’ve been clean, but the table we sat on had food on the floor. The restrooms were very spacious and clean, but only one toilet was working. The handicap stall was out of service, so if anyone with disabilities wanted to use the restroom, they would have to go elsewhere.

I decided to give them a try on a Tuesday where they have 85cent boneless wings. I ordered flavors: Pekking, teriyaki, garlic parmesan, Jamaican jerk, and garlic fries. I drove quiet a bit back home, yet the food tasted great. The fries were really tasty. I think they have a good selection and reasonable prices. I didn’t have to wait long for my order to be ready.

It wasn’t bad but the food is not so fresh, it wasn’t hot, fires were stiff. If you get the fire wings be ready to cry they are spicy for me it was ok, as far as flavor the Buffalo wings were salty. I did eat it overall it wasn’t bad it was my 1st time trying it. They have beer maybe if you are drunk enough you won’t notice too much.

Food and service was great!! Keep in mind they are still in “soft opening mode” we frequent the chatsworth location as that was the closest one to us!! This is will be the new go to spot!!

The food was actually really good my problem was that I had to wait an hour for just one order of fries and it was not busy at all. To top it off they got my order wrong. I would recommend calling before hand if ordering for takeout.

First time eating here. Food was really great, service was good. Took a little long to receive the food, but we weren’t in a rush. Place looked like it just opened, so atmosphere was ok. Has potential. I had the Buffalo Tender Fries. Would recommend.

placed order at 6pm, said ready at 6:18pm, wasn’t ready until 6:45, we waited. also originally ordered noodles but then told they were out. Buffalo sauce was good but wings weren’t very crispy and a little pink on the inside. fries were good, so were mozzarella sticks. honestly. I’m hoping this improves as I really loved the Buffalo sauce and had high hopes for the wings but we probably won’t be back until some of these kinks get worked out.

Terrible costumer service ,terrible wings ,save your money from this wannabe Wingstop that’s charges 8 bucks for a cup of soda not allowing refills, ridiculous. Even the young Asian lady working here agreed that the prices where outrages , would not recommend for anyone save your time.
