I will not be returning to this place they don’t where gloves I work in the restaurant business your required to where gloves when working with food its a health issue I called them and asked to speak to the manager because they where touching everything with out gloves the manager said there not required to where gloves I will be telling people about this and calling corporate about this its a health safety issue and its disgusting I don’t want someone’s hands and fingers all over my food god only knows where there hands been and everything else they touch this will be known to the public and I am posting it on Facebook as well

Never going there again the people who work there where not wearing gloves touching everything making pizzas with no gloves on I told the manager about it and she said there not required to wear gloves it’s a health issue any restaurant or food business your required to wear gloves people can get sick plus it’s disgusting I don’t want your hands all over my food god only knows where your hands been or what else you touched I will be making this public and telling other people about this and posting it on Facebook as well and I’m calling corporate that is a major health issue it’s unsanitary

If I could give ZERO STARS I would!! Ordered 4 deep dish pizzas. 2 were for myself and 2 were for my mother. We placed the orders on the app early in the morning for pickup around 6pm. They only gave us 2 pizzas. My boyfriend told them we were supposed to get 2 pepperoni also. I had to go there and show them the receipt. They said there was no orders on there end?! The girl said I’ll just give it to them?! How are they giving me something that was paid for?! I contacted customer service by email and they never got back to me. I will never order anything from them

Disgusting. I had an acrylic fingernail baked into my pizza. I got melted chemicals in my mouth. Called the store and was not offered a refund or apology. Will file a complaint with the health department. Avoid this store.

The customer service is awful. Not that I come here often but when I do I order ahead and IT IS NEVER READY! There’s a pizza portal that would be so handy for all the order ahead customers but why use it when they can make us wait an hour for pizza.

Times in Google and their online site says this location is open until 10pm, though when I pulled up at 830pm they turned off the lights. Went up to the door and it’s locked and no staff had the courtesy to tell me why they were closed though you can still make a purchase online. Called the store to see if there was a reason they were closed and I could visible see the staff laugh and then walk away from the window. The least you could do is put a sign on the door saying you’re closed early instead of being so rude.

I didn’t see any workers wearing gloves while slicing the pizzas in the back and the employees seemed unhappy/unfriendly. My Chicago deep dish pepperoni pizza wasn’t very tasty. I’d recommend Dominos if there’s a choice.
