I use to live Chinese Phoenix but the last few times I went here the food has been cold and chewy… the taste is like they just dump sauce on top not like it’s in the food and the wontons have the same consistency as paste… one again I have them 3 chances before writing this but sadly I will never be going here again q

I’ve eaten here about a half a dozen times over the last year and the servers and cooks are ALWAYS in a bad mood and very rude. We ordered meals every time and the size of the meat portions were smaller than a kids size. The beef and vegetables had 2 bite size pieces of meat!!!! Sesame chicken – 5 peices of chicken. Sooooo disappointed and we will never be back. I won’t support a business who serves TINY portions of meat and who are VERY CRABBY! Very poor customer service. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Good food and excellent service! We have lived in New York City and Florida, been to many big restaurants and small family-style takeout place. The staff here are courteous and friendly. The food are fresh and tasty, not too salty.

So we don’t live in Coldspring but in the area enough we support small businesses they have changed alot over the years and we continue to order (big orders) well COVID-19 has changed alot for everyone. The lady who owns it is always nice and smiling and always a pleasure but the son is always rude when we come in and forgets things I have ordered. Tonight was it I will not be going back. I ordered 5 things for take out and the owner helped me and the son coped an attitude and I had 2 children with me and it’s not like I can leave them in the car. My order is ready and he goes please call ahead from now on with the stuff and looks at my kids … I will not be going again.. we are healthy and just because I have kids doesn’t mean I can’t bring them in or get decent service… I’ve been in the food business for years and know exactly what was implying. Congratulations you lost a customer

Terrible food. Lomein was spaghetti noodles ffs. Worst “Chinese” ever. Dried out crunchy/hard chicken nuggets with a sauce on them. The sesame chicken barely had sauce. I can not believe this place is in business and it should be listed as holiday gas station food cause that is where you have to go to pick it up. There is a store front next to holiday but you have to pick up/pay at holiday. 1st and last visit. Anyone who thinks differently of this place has no idea what good food is.

Most Americanized “Chinese” I’ve ever had to eat. The lomein was basically spaghetti noodles. My sweet and sour chicken were chicken strips cut up with some sweet and sour sauce on the side, breaded and everything. Tasted like something I could get out the freezer section of the grocery store. First and last time I’ll be eating here.
