We were visiting from Texas and decided to stop at Spangles for just a quick fast food burger. Well, I am not a big burger fan, they just all seem to taste the same to me lately. Well I must say I am disappointed about one thing and that is that we don’t have a Spangles in Texas! This burger was delicious with well seasoned meat, cooked fresh, and the best fries ever! You get a choice of 4 different flavors, my daughter had ranch, very tasty. They also had garlic Parmesan, buffalo, and salt and vinegar. Everything was cooked perfectly the burgers were juicy and the french fries are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I’ll be back, Spangles!

Very nice employees ready to help u out fix anything wrong with meal at drop off a dime. They are polite and we’ll mannered. If u don’t get anything you can come inside enjoy the great music charge it devices or use restroom(which are very clean) and they don’t say anything about it as long as your not causing any problems or a scene

Don’t ever order the #9 they will fraudulently serve you. The #9 is 4 Chicken strips. it literally says Chick Strips. NOT nuggets. Not a set weight nothing. JUST 4 Chicken Strips. You will only get served 2 chicken strips and 2 nuggets. When you go to the people with blue shirts that say some kind of manager on their tags. They will tell you we don’t go by quantity we go by weight. Well i was standing at the counter and saw you take the nuggets right out of the warm lamp area. no scales in site. SO either change the signs to say you get X weight for actually supply 4 chicken strips.

told them i felt like my food wasn’t cooked all the way and the white girl w brown hair & glasses, is trying to talk to me like i’m stupid, while she tells the ast manager (white, bald with a mustache and glasses) what i needed, he goes to put his finger in the fries they took back from me and ate one, and also sticks his finger in the fries that were waiting to be served in and tries one.. gross. if you’re gonna act like i’m lying at least do it when i’m not looking directly at you lol. he already snatched the bag from my friend in the drive thru when he gave us the wrong order, going inside was no better.

I order pretty much the same thing at Spangles, which for me is usually the Western Burger with fries. They tend to be a little heavy on the salt anyway but this time I think they used a whole box! The burger was way too salty for me to eat and the fries were limp under cooked pieces of potato that also had too much salt. The only thing palatable was the strawberry shake.
