My teenage son and I grabbed classic chicken sandwich meal combos. Sandwiches were scrumptious, fried were really good and hot, the peach/honey Mountain Dew was surprisingly good, and the chocolate chip cookie was a bonus! Friendly, fast service, super-clean, spacious dining area, plenty of parking!

This is the worst KFC i have ever been to. We ordered an 8 piece with sides. The biscuits were hard as rocks and all of the chicken was dry. The chicken looked burnt and as if it was fried multiple times. We could not even eat the biscuits or the chicken. If i didn’t just have surgery i would of brought it back and demanded a refund. Its very upsetting when you spend$60 on food you can’t even eat. The owners should be ashamed!!

KFC in general is going down hill. I’m the only car in the drive thru during the lunch rush and the person asks me to wait. So I wait about five minutes before having to ask her if I can order. Their lobby is closed and I’m the only car in the drive thru. How she can’t handle a rush of one person is mind boggling. There is ZERO chance this KFC and the rest are going to survive. If I could short sell this stock I would for some easy money. The chicken is still very good but getting over priced, and the sides are horrible. They taste like they been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Mac and cheese was mushy, mash potatoes and gravy never taste right. Even the Mt Dew taste off. It was nice knowing you KFC. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Ordered on the app. Waited 30 minutes to get my food. Meanwhile, 5 drive through order and 4 in lobby orders get their food ahead of me. Some of the staff are working hard, but they can’t just ignore customers. Put the food in the pick up spot or at least come to the counter and see if people need help.

I cannot believe how much kfc has gone downhill. The food was absolutely trash.. even my absolute favorite the Mac n cheese was extremely disappointing. We all threw our entire meals in the garbage after only a few bites of each.

Pulled up to the empty parking lot and empty drive thru. “15 minute wait” we said ok. Then “I cant have anyone waiting in my drive thru go to the parking lot” if you can’t handle DoorDash and drive thru, close.
