Ordered a 3 piece with sides, they did not ask if I wanted sauce and when I asked for it, was told it’d be extra. I paid $15 for no drinks or sauce. I can blame myself for the lack of beverage a bit, but there was no clear indication from the signage or customer service that when he asked if i wanted a meal, that it only included chicken, sides, and everything else is extra. Order taker did not really assist in any way to ensure I would have what I needed. Was accurate and quick for being at lunch time but did not feel I was given the value of what I paid for.

Preface – This is possibly partly doordash’s fault. I hope this was a one-off experience, but… even though the spicy tenders had a nice crunch and a detectable if minimal amount of spice, the meat itself didn’t have a ton of flavor. They were tender enough, though. The Mac and cheese, however… separated, greasy, almost like oily cottage cheese. I eat until I’m about to be sick if the food is good, ESPECIALLY if there’s Mac and cheese involved, but I couldn’t finish it. The roll was delicious, though!

Delicious and amazing homemade fried chicken! Highly recommended and supports Veterans/military the MAC and cheese is great! Portions are large, crispy spicy chicken is the best choice. Employees wear mask and protect themselves and the customers. They use one time paper containers that are environmentally responsible. My first visit and I wasn’t disappointed now I know why Oprah Winfrey supports this business

Super delicious chicken with really friendly staff! They were willing to check ingredients for me and didn’t act as if I was inconveniencing them. The food was plentiful, the rolls were divine (so fluffy and light!) and the sauces were tasty.

First time I came in, the chicken was so dry.. it tasted like the chicken was cooked two days prior and was kept on the heater, it was really bad. But I thought it must’ve been a fluke, ezelles wouldn’t do me like that. I went in for a second time with low expectations, hoping for something with just a little more juice to it. Just as disappointed the second time.. just as dry, really upsetting experience.
