Aweful in every way. I only went here because I was in a rush but when I saw the food I just tossed it and lost my appetite. How did they even blacken chicken like that in a fryer, something wrong had obviously happened. Staff is unhelpful, incapable and rude. Jesup is a backwater town and this KFC is owned and run by backwater people, buyers beware.

I talked to a total of six employees to get my order right. Which means they got it wrong five times in a row. And four people couldn’t help the first. I ordered a meal for 24.99 they were ADVERTISING to me. I was charged more, and order was wrong, they fixed my order finally, after almost twenty minutes. However, they didn’t refund the money for overcharging, so I asked the employee if he could give me a drink and we’d call it even…. He said, “I don’t know, sir.” and then just looked forward. Now keep in mind, this entire time, I’m the only customer in there. The food was not good, the chicken was overcooked and I think it was on purpose, but that’s just speculation. As far as facts, if anyone from KFC is ready I have my receipt with date and time for you to review video and provide training to your employees.
