Ordered a pizza and wings. Couldn’t even eat the pizza because it was so disgusting, and I’ve eaten alot of bad pizzas before. But this was like cardboard, since when does stuff crust have a crunch and paper thin, like they ran out of dough or used old dough. When I called she said that, YOU guys are the ones who changed it to be made that way. I found that really hard to believe, said they can’t do refund united gm is there and he wasn’t. So instead she offered me a $20 credit to be used by the end of September. Looked today and it was not there, so hey $39 plus tip and I couldn’t even eat the pizza. So I had to cook something because I was scared to eat more than 2 wings. When the pizza was that bad I didn’t wanna get food poisoning I just want a refund because its not fair. I’m not sure how your still if your serving pizza like this. See pics

Food was under cooked and the wings were terrible. In a bowl half full of hot sauce and soggy. Could not eat any of the food we ordered. Then a car was in the driver thru for 20 minutes so I had to go inside to pick up my order. I ask what was going on with the car at drive up and they said they did not know and were rude. Employees were right next to drive up window outside smoking cigarettes!

We have been going to Pizza Hut at least once a week since they came out with the Melts! They are delicious! Shout out to Heather working her behind off every day. She is super nice and always extra helpful! Please get her an awning so that when she works the drive through she doesn’t get soaked!

Wanted to eat there instead of taking home cold pizza. Was informed that dining was closed cause they was only person there. Didn’t realize it took effort to bring a pizza out to table and a drink. Sick of this place using no one wants to work as an excuse to be lazy. Needless to say I will not spend a penny at a pizza hut anywhere.

Employees claimed food on the buffet was fresh, it was NOT! The pizza could be used as Ninja stars and the bread sticks would make great hammers or nun-chucks. The service was great though, very friendly
