The new manager is horrible. Yells at customers and employees the same. The sign says “free coffee” for employees. Its not true at all. They get written up for their “free” coffee. Even if they pay for a cup, or bring their own cups. A bunch of people have quit because of the new manager. So many great people have left, its sad. Food is good, and coffee is good. But the afternoons are not the same anymore.

I mostly love this shop. Most of the time coffee is hot and has a correct consistency. I tried some donuts and it was good. This shop is very busy in the morning and people gathered on the road to enter the shop. Nearby surrounding there’s no Dunkin available. This is a small shop with 15 members capacity.

I went to buy coffee and food. When I got to the window, they took my credit card to pay for the coffee and food and gave me my coffee and food. Then they said their credit card machine wasn’t working and asked if I had cash. I didn’t have any cash on me so they asked for the food back! I already touched the food, but they didn’t care! They wanted the coffee and food back! Later, I noticed the credit card wasn’t in my wallet so I returned and went inside to ask if they had my debit card. My food and coffee was sitting there like they were waiting for someone else to order the same thing! The workers and manager were very unprofessional! Horrible service!!! I won’t be going back there ever again!

They got our order wrong too many times. I asked for a hot latte and a cold latte and the lady proceeded to ask me if i want the iced latte hot or cold? I kept briefly explaining and she kept ignoring and speaking over me with an attitude. The person at the mic told us to pull up and she continued to have an attitude and not understand me and kept rolling her eyes. Then, her coworker or something came to take our order and when we kept adding, she huffed “Oh my god!” with an attitude and rolled her eyes repeatedly. Like girl, ITS WHAT YOU GET PAYED TO DO!!!! if there was a 0 star for costumer service, that’s what i would give.

First, I have to talk about the drive through. Something needs to be done about it. There are literally a dozen cars lined up in the right lane of Philadelphia Pike just to get in. I understand between the hours of people going to work, it may be chaotic but I happened to go at 2 p.m and it seemed like a chore to take my order. The girl was extremely rude and I had to repeat my order 3 times. It wasn’t hard. A large Caramel Iced Coffee with Almond milk. I received the wrong order. I then had to wait about 10 minutes for a new one. I will not go to this Dunkin again.

I believe this location is under new management, BECAUSE, this is the best service I have received in a long time. The associates were pleasant and attentive. They responded when I asked How are you, and they also greeted me. The associate apologized for the long wait and kept me updated on my order. Excellent DD location…OH!! Most important, my latte was crafted perfectly along with my sandwich.

I stopped to treat myself to a good cup of coffee. Placed order via app ahead of time. Quick service, good coffee. Only issue with this location is there is not very much room for the drive thru line, it backs up onto and down the street blocking the entrance. Still, the get you thru pretty quick.
