Went to drive through. Our lower our power was out so I needed a cup of coffee. I decided to get some timbits with my coffee. I asked for my cream and sugar on the side and he did that. When I got home it all tasted so good. The people that work there all you seem to be very nice and fast.

I stopped in to get a few donuts to take home and didn’t think I had to check the bag before I left. When I got i prepared to enjoy a nice donut with my coffee and found not what I ordered but 3 random donuts which didn’t even taste good, perhaps because they were not close to what I was expecting to enjoy.

I came there in 20 minutes before closed and they wouldn’t let me order any food then they have a sign that says breakfast anytime and they stop serving breakfast at 11 AM. I don’t know if this place is even worth it.

My wife and I went through the drive thru today and made an order to take home to the family. We spent $26 on 4 bagels with extra cream cheese, timbits, and 2 large cokes. We got everything ordered but 1 of the bagels. Which we didn’t discover that it was missing until we got home (7 miles away) After paying extra $ for extra cream cheese, the bagels that we did get barely had any cream cheese on them. I called the store, but only was able to leave a message, so I guess we’ll see if i hear back from them. It’s a shame that something as simple as making sure the order is correct and complete before giving it to the customer can’t be done. This is the last straw with this place. I will most likely not be going back there again.

I stopped by at 6:30am on a Saturday morning in my service truck to grab a couple dozen doughnuts to take to work. 2 employees inside watched me park and walk to the door which was locked and they just watched me stand there. My truck doesn’t fit in the drive thru so they also watched me get in my truck and leave.
