I had an incredible experience with the customer service representative at Papa John’s Pizza. She surpassed my expectations with her outstanding service. She went above and beyond to make my birthday special by adding a thoughtful surprise touch. When I got home and opened the box, I saw that she had written “Happy Birthday!” on my pizza. I had a delivery man who rang my doorbell six times in less than one minute, he was rude from the beginning of our conversation to the very end. He prevented me from closing my door, after I paid and he made sure it was the right amount, and had my safety at risk. The worst experience I’ve ever had with Papa Johns. For the safety of other customers, I suggest that this delivery driver shouldn’t be allowed to work there. ( he looks to be a south Asian man in his 40’s-50’s driving a white car.)

Terrible. I ordered over the phone i didn’t realize it sent me to a call system. It charged my card and said there was an error then asked me to charge me again to get the pizza. I said no I’m looking at my bank you already charged me and my charge included a tip. They wouldn’t do anything told me I have to wait to see if I’ll be refunded. I do not trust this place the store itself wouldn’t help me everything is extremely suspicious. Will never purchase here and have alerted the pool where the flyer was hanging so no one else will have this issue. You can’t charge one one twice and then after they receive their item give them back one charge. That’s just not how things work. I don’t trust this place.

The manager Cathleen does a great job managing her employees and makes sure the pizza is prepared and cooked perfectly, the slices of pizza from this store are always proportionate as it should be, Cathleen manages large orders from local schools and businesses and still tskes the time to do her best to make each individual order gets the same attention, this store is not the closest one to my home but i will not buy from anyone else, thank you Cathleen and staff

The customer service here sucks! The pizza is never fully cooked. The food isn’t made properly. They rush and act overwhelmed. They are rude, I really wish they would revaluate the staff. I wont be ordering from this place anymore. Every time we eat here, everyone’s stomachs hurt. I went in before and seen how careless they are making the food. I will say there are two employees I believe one is a manager she is Caucasian and heavy set. She was very pleasant to deal with and also a younger African American female with glasses. When I got food from them it was perfect and they were not as rude as the other staff. This is disappointing for the Clarksburg area.

Ordered two pizzas for carryout. The store was a little busy so we didn’t check them while there. After bringing them home, we learned they were both made completely incorrectly (wrong toppings, wrong sauce, AND wrong crust). After calling the restaurant, they offered to remake the pizzas and have them delivered. The second set of pizzas were still made incorrectly AND this time one of them was even the wrong size.! I called back again and just asked for a refund. Definitely do not recommend ordering from here, or if you do – only do carryout and check your pizzas thoroughly before leaving the store.

The best part is when the local Washington sport team wins, so do the customers! Hard to beat the 50% off special. The Epic Crust cheese filled Meats Special is our favorite pizza! I do have to say, I don’t understand why you cannot purchase Epic Crust in the XL pizza…the Large is just too small in our opinion. I’m always greeted by Kathleen when she’s there and she makes it a pleasant experience. This location is convenient and we’ll continue to take advantage of the special offers! But please change your policy and sell the XL with cheese filled crust!!

My family & I regularly do pizza night, and on more than one occasion has this particular papa John’s been awful. Last time we ordered they forgot one of our pizzas, no problem- they said we had a free pizza on them. Next time we ordered, we spoke with a lady saying we had a free pizza and she said sorry there’s no notes in your file and argued with my husband about giving him his free pizza. We decided to give them another change and ordered tonight at 8:12 pm. It’s now 9:16 as I write this and still no pizza. We called & the lady had stated our driver had 2 other stops before us. So if you want to deal with bad customer service, rude staff, cold pizza, & late delivery- order from papa John’s in clarksburg!!
