We ordered six boxes of pizza’s and two of the boxes were burnt. This is the first time I have seen pizza so black. We called for a replacement but they only replaced one. The excuse for this burnt one they refused to replace is because it’s a thin crust. Ordering a thin crust pizza did not have it being completely burnt in the description.

I’m sorry this is the second time I’ve ordered from here. First time delivery and the second time was pickup. First time the driver dropped the pizza and all the toppings were on one side. Second time I ordered a Med. hand tossed pizza, Philly cheese steak loaded tots & Chicken Alfredo Pasta.

I placed an order online but it was canceled due to the address being delivered to was not in the area. So I called the store. I was told that they can not give me the same deals as online. So I called the store that canceled my order and requested the same deal. The lady informed me to speak with a manager at the correct store location. I called back to the Mission Bend store and spoke with the RUDEST manager in the history of managers! He took my order and told me that it would be 30-45 mins even though I’m 6 mins away. I said okay. I asked if this would go towards my points and he said yes so I gave him my phone number. 1 hour and 30 mins later no pizza order nor a call on my cell phone. The manager never added my phone number to the order so they were calling the front office of my job BUT NOT ME!!! All he did was use the caller ID instead of the number I provided him. So I call him back and of course, he was rude beyond belief. He was smacking his teeth and cutting me off when I spoke to him and then said that it would be an additional 30-45 mins before I got my order because the driver left. NOW none of this is my fault. I spent my money on food nothing was free so I really don’t understand the attitude. It is evident that he hates his job and maybe Domino’s district manager needs to reevaluate who they hire for certain positions. So once I received my meal the delivery driver was really nice! But my food was ridiculously cold……

Ordered from this Domino’s there was an accident with my order not sure what happened but as soon as I made a call they rectified the order I have a picture of the old pizza and the new one they’re very professional and handle things very quickly and respectfully here’s a picture of the old pizza before I threw it away and here’s a picture of the new pizza they did a really good job I do appreciate how professional they were and handling the situation most definitely will order from them again

Delivery guy was fast and polite, but whoever made the pizza and quality checked it was awful. Crust broke off as you try to take a slice. This pizza wasn’t worth $21.
