One of my best dining experiences in Miami. We went to Sérêvène for their Miami spice menu and were so warmly greeted as we walked in. Our server Kwan was so kind and checked in on us just the right amount. Several managers and chefs also checked to see how we were enjoying the food and we let them know how exquisite the food and experience was. Also if you’re considering the Chocolate Soufflé, just get it! It was fantastic.

Breaks my heart to leave a review this low since the food here was phenomenal, but we encountered far too many issues with the service here to leave a good review. My table (5 others) and I did the Miami Spice experience, but ordered additional drinks and appetizers for the table. We easily spent over $100 per person. Our food kept being brought out after an unnecessarily extensive wait in between courses. The same delay occurred when waiting for drinks from the bar. Keep in mind, the restaurant was not fully booked and there were plenty of tables open, and the bar was completely empty.

If you are ever in Miami you MUST eat here. Chef Pawan put together an amazing menu and an even more amazing staff. They were friendly, fun and attentive. Their presentation of each dish is entertaining and informative. (Have your cameras ready). Chef uses high quality ingredients with unexpected techniques to create a combination of flavors that come alive in your mouth.

Chef Mike and team has done an extraordinary job with the food as well as service. You can always tell when you enter a space and the wait staff is just as knowledgeable as the chef on food preparation. Incredible experience. Amazing start to finish. Bravo, keep pushing. Foie dessert was absolutely incredible.

You MUST go!! Absolutely wonderful dining experience from start to finish. All your favorite dishes reimagined to be light and delicious – duck a l’orange sweet and savory but made with the leg (so not as fatty and heavy), vegan onion – a take on french onion soup – so light and delicious we ordered two to share and all agreed next time everyone has to get their own. Roasted Carrots – amazing and the Japanese green curry cauliflower we’ll have you love cauliflower. Even the foie gras hot pocket was delightfully light. Chef P is tops the best new chefs to come to Miami. Located across the street from The Setai and Kith in a great neighborhood. Stay for the Jazz afterward and enjoy an aperitif in the upstairs lounge – speakeasy vibe and very comfortable with great piano/jazz entertainment. Start to finish a perfect date night.

The Serevene restaurant inside of the Hotel Greystone was nothing short of amazing. As a native Texan a lot of the French and Japanese cuisine was foreign to me but I stepped outside of my comfort zone and was truly amazed by how tasty the food was. Last but not least the desert menu is what will have me staying at the Hotel Greystone every time I’m in Miami Beach. The foie gras was something I had never even heard of before but before you know it I had ordered multiple dishes, I had never eaten a desert so clean and without all of the sugar. If I could give this hotel and restaurant 10 stars I would, the food, atmosphere and staff were amazing. The servers also explained in great detail what you were about to be consuming. I felt like I was in the real French Riviera or Tokyo

We had a fantastic experience at Serevene. The drinks, dinner, and service were top notch. Highly recommend the beef tartare, lobster uni Alfredo, and the hot pocket. Our server was Edison and he took great care of us. Live piano was a nice touch. I will definitely be back!
