I grew up going to Mexico to eat tacos in Tijuana, and I must say that these are very authentic Tijuana style street tacos. The first time I tried these tacos, it immediately brought back memories of the flavors and experience of eating my first street tacos in Tijuana. Every time I’ve been here the place is busy. My favorite thing here is probably there Vampiros. A vampiro is a tostada shell with some cheese melted on it, and then taco meat placed on top of it with onions, cilantro and salsa on top. It taste like a good street taco with some crunch in it. So good! You might want to also try another Tijuana favorite here, the Mulita. It’s a street taco turned into a sandwich. Carne Asada or al Pastor, melted cheese, onions, cilantro, and salsa between two corn tortillas. Also, very good and very filling! Their quesadillas are also very tasty here. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

First time ever to Taco Tijuana & we’ll definitely be back from now on. The tacos here were so delicious!!! Pork & steak tacos with hot or mild sauces were the perfect combination. Of course I had to have 2 Coronas with my tacos & that was the icing on the cake. The customer service was top notch, quick service & fresh delicious food. Stop by 1 of the valley’s locations & you will not regret it.

Usually we grab 4 asadas and 4 Al pastor with a mulita. Today I only wanted an asada and 2 Al pastor with an horchata drink. They serve the best horchata! Almost a chai vibe. My pregnant self fell in love with it today. It’s the perfect horchata!

This place was amazing! Not many options, but it was so good! As soon as we ordered our tacos, they made our corn tortillas immediately on the grill homemade. We loved this place! Very nice people too! Can’t wait to come back again!

Food is exceptional. Although, my granddaughter and I came in for our first time. We ordered our street tacos, which were very good. The corn tortillas tasted homemade. However, we sat close to the register. I noticed after a bit that a lady behind the register was glaring at me. Then, the lady she was talking to turned around and gave me the same death stare. I stared back for a bit, wondering what was wrong, and they kept giving me the stink eye. So, I spoke up and asked them if everything was OK. Then, the one lady that had turned around smiled and said, “Oh, yes, everything is fine.” I’m going to choose to believe that they were staring just past my head, out the window at something. The tacos are crazy good! I highly recommend them.

The best tacos in our area hands down. The tortillas are home made, the Al pastor is cooked on the trompo, and the price per taco is reasonable. We went on a Saturday to order to go, our order was taken right away, the staff was friendly and attentive. There is an extended wait time after placing your order but it’s due to the tacos made to order. You can see the chefs hand making the tortillas, slicing the Al pastor finishing up on the grill to get that char flavor, and then preparing them with their guacamole salsa. The hot salsa is absolutely delicious and complements the taco. However it is HOT so beware. Definitely one of our favorite places in town for tacos, worth the wait!

Al Pastor slightly edged out the carne asada. Hot sauce had me sweating perfectly without detracting from flavor

The food is usually delicious, but there to-go system is frustrating and their workers are just plain rude. My son had his hand on the counter and was tapping the counter, the “older lady” boxing the to go orders, smacked my sons hand. They also, can never get my order correct, when placing a to-go order over text message, even though, its all included in my text message. You really should go back to answering your phone, because texting is just not working for you guys. Especially, when you’re ordering for a large family. Also, something is always missing, burnt or they forgot to give me, the salsa or cilantro/onions that should come on the tacos. You just can’t eat tacos without salsa, onion and cilantro, it’s just not the same. Attached are a few pictures, of my to-go order.

So good we ate there for lunch and dinner. The tacos at dinner had a bit too much salt on them for my taste, but still delicious. We had both the Carne Asada and the Al Pastor. We also had the quesadillas. It’s quite large. We asked for both meats combined and they were willing to do that for us. Nice combo. I would highly recommend trying Taco Tijuana out.
