I order at 6:05 then i got to the store at 6:21 which was the time the app told me. when i got to the store and asked for my ordered they tried to hide the fact that they bearly put the order in for them to make it and said it would take about 10 minutes. i waited about 40 minutes and i got desperate so i asked what happened with my order and they told me they had messed up the order and that they would have to make it again. After an hour of ordering on the app i got my pizza. very bad service

It takes 2 hours for delivery and the pizza is made horribly usually with a lack of sauce, ice cold with disproportionate toppings. It’s obvious they dont care about doing a good job.

Usually dominos is our go to when ordering pizza. After this experience, we’ll be taking a break from them for a while. Ordered online, tracker would never update. It was a Monday evening and it took just over two hours to get our order. Naturally, it was wrong and missing an item. Pizza was barely cut, not super hot and not fresh. It’s been over an hour waiting on our one item that was missing.. and still have yet to receive it. The person I spoke with over the phone a few times now has been nice enough but never apologized or offered an explanation/reason.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with banana peppers added on it and all I got was a pizza with banana peppers. I called the store and the manager said she could only give me store credit and I was fine with that but then she just completely hung up on me. I wasn’t rude at all. I was just asking questions why she couldn’t just give me refund. There was no “ok sorry about that” or anything! She acted like she didn’t care at all
