Wasn’t what I was hoping for in seeming like a down home type of place. Server was friendly, portion size was ample. However, hash browns were not crispy in any way, neither my sons plain hashbrowns or my loaded shreds. Place seems like it has a LOT of regulars, which is good. If I came again I’d have to try something without the hash browns for sure

The food was delicious! We came during what I expected to be an “off” time (10:30am on a Tuesday) but they were still packed and the service was great and the food was even better. Will definitely be making this a regular spot!

Made a stop here with family and was pleasantly surprised. Prices were great, quickly seated and we had the sweetest older woman as our server. Even had kid friendly options as well as a pretty hefty sandwich called the monster Burger ! (Picture shown in my post) ,Would stop here again for sure !

My wife and I are regulars at Kathy’s. 2 or 3 times a week we dine here for breakfast. All the food choices are tasty and so is the coffee. Service is always good and the staff is always friendly. Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, omelets or Mitchells Mayhem are my go-to choices. Have not ever had a breakfast that wasn’t delicious!

The food is excellent and the personnel are really nice! When we arrived, I came into see how long the wait was, every seat and table seemed occupied, the cashier told me to talk to one of the hostesses, one of the hostesses was really nice and kept telling me that they will clean a table for us, once the table was cleaned, another young lady helped me find a high chair for our 1 year old daughter.

Owner, Betty is extremely Rude and ungrateful to everyday patrons. I’m appalled at the way she spoke to some of her customers and will never spend my money in that restaurant again. Would definitely recommend many other restaurants in the area that are appreciative of their customers…not this one.

No complaints about food or service. Just want to say their coffee is really expensive. I ordered a $ 7.95 breakfast with coffee, no extras. Went to pay the bill, the cranky old Lady said $11.80? Guess I won’t order coffee next time. If I go back.

Visited this awesome diner as we were in town for my daughters Lacrosse tournament… place was full and well staffed! Sat at the counter and had coffee and menu with a smile quickly! Would recommend the biscuits and gravy with the smothered hash browns!!!

Waitstaff is so friendly. Mushroom & Swiss burger is a must have for me. The fellas like to get the Kathy’s Special (breakfast) for lunch sometimes. Place has a nostalgic sense to it. Reminds me of Mel’s Diner
