I took a day trip to Worcester and checked out the Public Market. I wandered by a few stalls, looking for something to eat and ultimately felt like a burger. They had a lot of great looking choices, but I got the Chandler Hill. It was a little less than 10 minutes to get my meal. The patty itself was delicious, but the crispy onions, mushrooms, and truffle aioli made it outstanding. The fries were perfectly hot and crispy. Normally, I love my ketchup, but they’re great without it. Friendly service and delicious food!

This food was amazing! I got a Vernon hill (chicken burger with lettuce, onion, pickle, and special sauce) with sweet potato fries and let me just say— I am in love. I genuinely haven’t had as good of a chicken sandwich as this in a very long time. Super crispy and juicy. The fries are nice and hot and salty and perfectly cooked. Their customer service is unmatched, too! They call you by name for your food and remember you when you walk in. I genuinely was very happy to order and get food from here. 10/10 would recommend.

Very disappointing. Burger was burnt and very dry. It looked like the toppings were thrown on as an afterthought-the cheese was half off the burger. I went on Sunday, it wasn’t very busy but the service was very slow. We were eating there but the food was handed out in a to go bag-maybe they deliver all orders that way? The atmosphere of the market place was upbeat and friendly.

This place is amazing! I wasn’t sure what to get and asked the chef, Eli, for suggestions and he took the time to talk to me while cooking and we made a custom burger together. The burger was amazing and the fries were some of the best I’ve had in Worcester. I’ll defiantly be coming back and looking for Eli.

Ordered the Chandler Hill. The cooked toppings (sautéed mushrooms) and bottom half of the bun were literally ice cold on a hot burger. When I brought this to the attention of the two employees they responded “yeah that’s how they come, they come out of the cold fridge we don’t have a sauté pan here”. Sub par service and sub par quality. Over priced. Not that good. Will not eat here again.

Really bad, felt like I was eating at a Wendy’s but 4x the cost. Chicken sandwich looks nothing like they’re photos along with their burgers. They reel you in with delicious looking food but it’s actually served cold and not good at all. Insane prices for the garbage they’re selling. Save your money and eat at any other place here in the public market!
