First time, we order from the kiosk because no one assists us. The kiosk inventory does not match the store’s inventory and an employee has to come over because he can’t complete the order from the kiosk. Second time, weeks later, we wait for an employee because of the first incident. Worker ignores us and snaps at us to use the kiosk when I ask for help because “we are very busy”. She meant the drive thru was busy so we left without purchase. It seems they run their drive thru just fine. I do not recommend running in with kids who want to pick their doughnuts though.

Awful service. They frequently “forget” to give you food items and customer service won’t do anything about it. When I called to ask I was hung up on immediately (hadn’t even finished my sentence (after I noticed this pattern, I stopped going).

This is the Dunkin close to my home so I always go here but it’s bogus they charge 2 dollars for this amount of bacon. I mean at least spread it out to make it look like it’s more. I get it’s probably the amount that usually comes on it but why just pile it in the middle like that. The peach refresher I get is always great though.

Consistently great coffee, sometimes hit or miss with the fresh donuts, and the staff never really smile or make you feel welcomed. I understand it is just a regular job in a coffee shop but maybe smile at your patrons once in a while. Either way, their coffee is always superb!

Ate here once a week since they opened, but never again after today. I picked up a sandwich for myself and three hash browns for my kids. Didn’t realize it until we got home, but everything had been smashed into the bag. So much so that everything was crushed. The sandwich, the hash browns. Even the napkins were stuffed down in there. I’m not picky with fast food, but the weekly treat was pretty much ruined.
