The store I went to has good atmosphere. The food was of good quality. I went with the number 1 which is the beef and cheddar on a sesame seed bun. And my guest ate the sweet heat chicken sandwich and loaded sweet heat curly fries. The best part of the meal was the seasonal Orange cream shake.

Arby’s is usually pretty predictable in my experience. This location however, was above and beyond. We only hit the drive-thru but the person taking the order was so nice, so professional, made us feel very welcome. And the food was great too.

Very clean. The staff was polite and arranging to the customers needs without being asked. They called customers by name and gave them updates on their order status. The food was prepared as expected and the shakes were the best I’ve seen at an Arby’s.

Online and the hours posted on their door says they close at 10 pm. Went around 9:30 pm and it was closed. No signage stating why. Terrible for a modern fast food chain and probably incompetence on the manager’s behalf! As consumers we should not support businesses like this.

Ordered new strawberry lemonade and cup was no where near full. Asked for top off and she said “with what?” then refused. Not worth dealing with rudeness or the nickel and dining attitude.. Taking my buisness to a place that understands hospitality.

Went through the drive thru. Kept getting interrupted while ordering food. I think they need new equipment because the drive thru girl couldn’t hear us. Got food all was there but the beef and cheddar lacked the cheddar. Mac and cheese was supreme! Wasn’t offered condiments or napkins.
