I booked their food truck for my wedding this last weekend and these folks are amazing. The food was incredible, best wedding food I have ever had. Chef Chuck made sure that everything fit my budget and was perfect day of. Chuck and his team were incredible!! All the food came out on time and was delicious, so good that everyone gave him and his team a standing ovation that was more than well deserved. They made our wedding day so perfect. If you are looking for a food truck for an event or wedding just give them a call, they take a lot of pride in what they do and it shows in their cooking. They are also veteran owned/operated which means a lot to me coming from a military family. It made me happy to support their dream when they have sacrificed for us to have our American dream. Holy heck! (If I could curse, I would.) This place was absolutely amazing. I got the Bob and the peppers, mushrooms, and egg yolk were beautiful additions to the flavor palette that was this masterpiece. Flavors darn near possessed me and had me walking around out of sheer exuberance. I am now The Hungry Buffalo’s number #1 fan without a doubt. Much love to the cook and all the staff.

Thanks for the awesome experience on Wednesday evening. I grew up in Pueblo but live in Florida now. Yummy slopper with Bison instead of hamburger meat….such a great change. Really miss sloppers and Pueblo green chili. Can’t wait to try again on my next vacation to Colorado.

We had the most delicious lunch today on our way up to play in the mountains. We stopped in Florence, CO and got food from The Hungry Buffalo food truck. My husband ordered the empanada, my son and I ordered burgers and my youngest ordered the hot dog. We were blown away by how good everything was. We cannot wait to go back and try other things on the menu. I’m sure they’re amazing as well!

Out of all the food truck experiences there are, The Hungry Buffalo is definitely the best around, tender meat, great flavor and fair prices. The owner is a great guy, loves to chat, and the staff keep the trailer extra clean. Honestly, the chef there does a fantastic job. Trust my kiddo to eat there. Give em a try if you catch em out and about!!!!
