Doebs has become my favorite pizza place in Holland. My friends and I meet here for lunch a couple of times a month. Doebs typically has three different pizzas that you can make into a combo. The combo comes with a slice of pizza, two pieces of garlic bread, and a drink. The pizza choices for the combo vary day by day, so there is always something different to try.

We stopped here on our way to Traverse and was pleasantly surprised! The owner was so kind. The crust is thick & crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside. The sauce is flavorful and the cheese is thick and yummy.

I think every Pizza is unique in their own way. I especially enjoy Doebs Artisan pizza..Italian sausage, pepperoni, ham & onions! I’m a creature of habit so order the same thing every time but I bet everything on the menu is wonderful!

Doebs was recommended by a librarian and she was spot on! The guys working were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We placed our order to go and waited in the restaurant. They brought us our bread sticks as soon as they were ready so we could snack on them. Oh. My. Word. Hot, cheesy goodness! Our pizza was just as delicious. Highly recommend!

My son ordered a large sauge, pepperoni, onion and green pepper hand tossed pizza. The vegetables were not cooked and the crust was real doughy. I did love the taste of the sausage and sauce and very generous toppings. Just needed to be cooked more.

New favorite pizzeria in Michigan!! I got a small Detroit style with pepperoni and spinach, and I have to say this is one of the best pizzas I have EVER had. Not sure why it took me so long as a native Michigander to try Detroit style pizza, but now I know my go-to place. My friend and I also ordered garlic bread with cheese – between that and two small pizzas, we had leftovers for days! This is a must try!!!

Growing up in NY, where pizza is a staple, you very rarely find any pizza that compares around the country. Doeds Pizza in Holland, MI was amazing. One of the best I’ve had. The owner Chris goes out of his way to make your experience at Doeds awesome!

Good pizza, but the recommended tip is based on the total after the tax had been added. Why should I tip the tax? The tip should be based on the service provided by the waitstaff, not the government’s tax on the meal.
