Friendly staff. Food is up to standard of habit burgers. Onion rings are yummy! I like that they put tartar sauce on the side so I can add as much or as little as I feel like. Hubby had the Santa Barbara burger, 2 Pattie’s, very good flavor, comes with avocado too.

Good food with an easy-to-use self kiosk. Customer service was good. Food ordered fresh. I’m all about chicken sandwiches so the grilled chicken sandwich hit the spot. Their fries are underrated and I enjoy them than most other fast food places’ fries.

My second time eating at Habit Burger and I wasn’t disappointed at all. I got the Charburger w/ sweet potato fries, my wife ate the club and my kids got the kids meal. Everything was fresh and tasty! I liked that this restaurant had the kiosk that allowed patrons to order. It was easy to use. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Definitely, will be back.

I don’t know why it has taken me this long to write this review. It seems EVERY SINGLE TIME we drive thru this establishment, there is an error with our order. It is not until we’ve driven home that we find the error and by then, it’s not worth the time and effort to drive all the way back to get it fixed. This time, we paid extra to add an impossible patty to one of our burgers. The purchase receipt AND order receipt confirmed this. Alas, we get home and no extra patty. Prior to this, we asked for the burger with no cheese (vegan). We get home and there was cheese melted all over the burger. What are we supposed to do? Pull over and literally unwrap the burgers each time to make sure the toppings, patties, etc. are all correct? This has now happened THREE times. What’s worse is that I’ve written complaints via the corporate website before and I NEVER hear back. No offer of compensation. No apology. No offer to “make it right.” Shame on us for giving them another chance. But at this point, they’ve lost a customer.

Very odd setup for a drive-thru, haha. It looks like you are going to a drive-thru for an eyeglass place, but it is the Habit Burger’s drive-thru that wraps around. The food was good, though! I love The Habit. I will definitely come back.

This was the best sandwich I ever had. I wasn’t that hungry either. I just had to eat before I went to a show. I ended up eating the whole thing. I got the tenderloin steak sandwich. I wanted to get it again before I left the state but didn’t get the chance. Hopefully one opens in Ohio. The staff was helpful and patient. As it took me a while to order. Gives you a buzzer to let you know when your food will be done. Clean facility and bathrooms since it’s only for customers, needed a code to get in it.

Great burger joint that differentiates itself enough to be origional and interesting. Burgers are definitely better than average and I’ll be going back here for sure. Great staff and great service. Location is easy and accessible. If your looking for a different place to eat this is it. Good for hangouts or just a better than normal burgers.
