Just had lunch here. Lots of people say the best place ever. Hadn’t been here in three years. Some things improve with time. This is not so much. When taking my money, the guy was taking on his phone “on speaker.” A lot of the hot and cold tables have been changed to like 4 pans of just cookies. I’m guessing the ice cream machine is broken as there is now a freezer with ice cream cups. It is just not as good as I remembered. Oh, then the crazy thing they were playing a jazzy Christmas music as the background music, and it was August . This is no longer the best place ever for me.

If I could give zero stars I would! We went to eat buffet and it was horrible!! Saturday at about 5:30 pm. I should have known it was horrible food when we got inside and there were only about 6 people there. Someone please bring back The Golden Wok! Man I miss their food! Don’t waste your money on this place go eat something else you’ll thank me that you did. You’ve been warned now it’s up to you!

This restaurant is a shadow of it’s former self. I remember when the food was actually hot and not burned. How do you serve burnt cold food? Half the items i remember here are gone and replaced with signs demanding money if you take ice cream with you. Last trip ever to Bamboo Buffet for my family. And the bathroom is sticky….

Used to be one of my favorite Chinese buffets, nice feel inside, great food, but this last time we went Aug ’23, it seemed it must have got a new owner or something?? food really went downhill, lacking options, and even the crab rangoon looked and tasted weird, Not sure we will go back.

Food was horrible; I started getting sick to my stomach before we even left the building. Diarrhea, stomach ache hours later still sick. Carpeting was filthy, men’s restroom smelled like mold according to husband. Lizard running across the floor by the tables, condiment bottle sticky, food tasted old (we were there during lunch). Some dishes labeled wrong on the buffet. Husband who isn’t a picky eater hardly ate anything. We’ll NEVER be back. It was disgusting. Even the crab ragoon wasn’t eatable. It took five days before I started getting better from the food poisoning from this place. Just don’t do it…. Save yourself the trouble.

Food was terrible and not worth the money spent. My husband wanted to drink a diet Dr. Pepper and it came out thick and sluggish looking so he had to get a different drink. I got some of their sweet and sour chicken and it was so tough I couldn’t even pick any of it up with a fork, over all this place has gone down hill and it’s not as good or friendly as it use to be.

Came in a 6:15 pm thinking food would be fairly fresh. Tasted and looked like it was left over from lunch. Dry, burnt and flat horrible. $45 for 2 people. We will never come back.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s just slowly gotten worse. Used to be good, but now it’s more expensive and there’s less food! And the food itself has slipped in quality. Today, there were only only two hot buffets, and about 1/3 of that was cheap stuff like fries, pizza, or noodles. The meat entrees are sparse and bland. An entire buffet section was just a pile of fortune cookies. Packets of fruit snacks featured heavily on the dessert buffet. The “sushi” is the worst it’s been, just a tiny piece of cucumber and cream cheese in rice. I could go on and on, but it’s just not worth it. If they keep this up they’ll be out of business soon. Sad, they used to be great!

I’m incredibly disappointed with this place, I should have read the reviews before we came here. I feel like they know their food is bad too, they had us pay for our meal before we even sat down- they probably had too many people walk out without paying because it’s not worth the money once you try it.

Standard buffet food. They do have a large selection of food and give you a cup with fountain stations available at the buffet. Building itself is kind of dark and definitely needs a little updating.
