Online order for pickup, food was ready on time but no status updates received. Crispy quesadilla was too crispy, it was covered in fried cheese and very greasy which was not appetizing. Brisket Birria had a nice flavor, was good in burrito bowl. Overall quality was lacking and food didn’t look very appetizing but tasted about what we expect from this type of fast food chain. Works for a quick and easy dinner but not good enough to make part of our normal routine.

I order through the app embarrassingly often—like, ~60 transactions this year often. I recently went into the restaurant since I was in the area, and boy was that a mistake. It is DISGUSTING. We got there not long after they opened and had to put our chairs down ourselves as they were still on the tables, and no matter where I put my hand I was touching something greasy or saucy. I wiped everything down with wipes before I felt it was clean enough to sit, and I was still uncomfortable. I put my daughter in one of the high chairs and her shorts are permanently stained from the dirty straps, and this is after I cleaned what I could. Not to mention, 2/3 of the high chairs are broken.

I absolutely love this place. Food is always good, service is also great but today I had Stephanie take my order and was a little shocked at her attitude. She seemed as if she didn’t want to be there and I bothered her while letting her know what I wanted in my bowl. I asked for chicken bowl and to add steak. Got charged for steak bowl instead. I would hate for this one bad experience to change my mind about this place and to determine my future visits here but it sure doesn’t feel friendly or pleasant. We all have bad days I understand that, however when you are at a work place you need to be professional and helpful. I was in total shock and felt very unhappy. I can go anywhere for dinner but I choose to come here.

Worst Qdoba I’ve ever seen. The staff was wearing a low cut tank top… came in from outside smoking and went straight to the line and put gloves on to serve ppl. Bypassed the restroom too wash hands. The food there looks uncared for. There was food all over the place and food being served was dried out looking. They need to be stopped and someone needs to fix this. I was ashamed I told someone to try the food and went to this establishment.

Even though this is the closest Qdoba to me every time I come here it’s a very sad experience. I haven’t been to this Qdoba in over a year and every time I try to give it another chance it’s a complete let down. First the chips that I got were so greasy with no salt no lime no seasoning at all, secondly I paid for extra meat in the bowl was skimpy for an extra 3$. They also didn’t have any sliced jalapenos so I had to use some from my fridge when I got home. Finally I asked for some peppers from the fajita what I got was too large chunks that were so big that the rest of my toppings stuff themselves inside. I will never visit this location.
