I’m a little conflicted about this restaurant. First, I want to say all the sandwiches we had were tasty. I think the sandwich bread is delicious. My sandwich was made exactly as I requested, although what I ordered wasn’t too complicated.

We’ve waited for ages to get a Jimmy John’s! We were so excited to finally get one of their sandwiches again after many years. So we go with smiles on our faces. Talk about disappointment. I got 2…yes 2!! Very thin slices of Turkey and the rest lettuce, tomato. I added cheese, which I had to pay extra, cucumber and mustard. So I got a veggie sandwich for $9! Very very very unhappy about this. Not sure whether to go back or not at this point, they just opened. No, I don’t think talking to the manager will do any good…they have their ways. So Jersey Mikes it is! They put meat on their sandwiches!

I had a #12: turkey, provolone, avocado, tomato, lettuce, & cucumber with mayo on an 8″ French roll. It was very good. Saved 1/2 for next day’s lunch. Only $10. Ate outside in the nice fresh air.

I was over excited about Jimmy john .I’ve ordered 6 sandwiches . 4 were amazing ..customer service is amazing every time .. one order i never got an alert waiting for hour it had been sitting there it was soggy i didn’t complain but i just went and my bread was so hard it cut my mouth.. i really like the crew but please get it together i go for the bread..

The food is great but the service was uncalled for. The girl taking the order was just very rude while taking the order. I was waiting with some friends after they received their order togo in a bag. She then just handed me my sandwich with napkins and i bagged the sandwich myself

Edit: After asking for a 50% refund and being given a second order on the house instead… I can say service has gotten better – but mistakes still happen. While there, people were coming in with missing pieces of their orders.

I’m not sure of reasons of all bad reviews visited multiple times now had their 8 inch subs on their menu and happy so far returned again still great experience. Ate first day also meet the staff, and team leaders. Looked at reviews it seems be mixed results if customize a sandwich yeah not gonna be to your specifications but all pre-choice subs have been great from my visit. Wish them best of luck.

I went two nights in a row. Wednesday night I had an amazing experience. The girls were so nice and the food was great. I went back Thursday night and ordered the same thing and the girls that were working were so rude. The girl at the speaker was not friendly and I just tried to give her the Benefit of the doubt, but when I got to the window that girl was rude as well. On top of that the girl Making my food was gagging while making it. That was not pleasant to watch especially knowing that was my food.
