I’ve been disappointed many times at this location. It’s close so I have found myself accepting the fact that I may or may not be disappointed, possibly both depending on how many pizzas I order. Well Wednesday, I ordered pizza and was disappointed yet again that my pepperoni lovers had one maybe two pieces of pepperoni. I honestly was so tired rather than call and have it remade I told my kids it was cheese pizza with a surprise and sent an email about it. Haven’t heard anything back yet though. Perhaps I will drive up the road a little further the next time I want pizza.

This review is a prime example of what I believe America is based on. A grand person named Jeff took my order. He went over and above to make my experience rememberable. He is a sincere individual and he should be the poster boy for Pizza Hut in this area I’m the kind of person that says I wouldn’t even care if the pizza and the chicken alfredo that I ordered was substandard, which I know that it won’t be, but I would order just because of the customer service that Jeff provided. Kudos to you.

Great, hot crispy crust on our pan pizza. We paid for $2 for extra cheese and actually received extra. Imagine? I wish I knew who made this pizza, I would only order when that person could make it! First time in years the pizza checked all the boxes. Thank you pizza maker!

Overpriced and a doughy disaster, missing some of the toppings! Should have known when it took about 10 from the time the pizza was showing as cooking on the tracker, to out for delivery, was only 10 min for a hand-tossed pizza!

I ordered two medium pizzas, and both were wrongly made….I ordered a super Supreme and a bbq chicken. The bbq chicken didn’t have BBQ SAUCE which how do you have a bbq chicken pizza with bbq sauce and it has red pizza sauce….then I open up the Supreme and to my surprise there is not an ounce of cheese on it! I called and only got $10 refunded back to my card….but that’s not even the point…the point is how do you work at a pizza place and forget the cheese?!

Worst place ever i ordered a pizza and wings. I paid the delivery fee the tip and still didn’t got my pizza. I only got the wings. And when i called the store the server was extremely rude and blamed everything on the delivery guy even the receipt did not mention pizza it only said wings so it was clearly the stores fault thieves… Extremely unprofessional staff they did not even apologies.

This location continues to disappoint and last attempt to order here was FINAL STRAW. Ordered online for delivery. Got an order confirmation and a status that the order was being prepared. One hour later I call to find out what is going on as status had not changed. I was informed that they were out of dough and were only taking orders for wings. Are you serious? LAST TIME to try this place. It has continually gone downhill in quality and service.
