This used to be one of my favorite local spots when we moved to Franklin a few years ago. Unfortunately, the service and quality has gone horribly downhill recently. The last two times I have ordered delivery it has taken about an hour and a half for the food to arrive. First time, our pizza wasn’t cooked and the dough was raw in the middle of the pie. Figured maybe it was just a bad day so I gave them another shot and ordered a steak and cheese. The sub came with essentially no cheese and the shaved steak was the driest I’ve ever had. If I wasn’t starving I would have just tossed it. Hope the quality picks back up, but I’ll be staying away for a while. There are much better options in the area.

My daughter and I were visiting from Texas and tried this place for lunch. The employees were very friendly. The food was good and the strawberry milk shake was delicious. A little pricey but compared to where we live, everything in the Boston area costs more.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience with these guys through DoorDash. Order said it was “being prepared” for over an hour. We gave them a call asking for an update on the order. The woman on the phone was incredible rude and dismissive…told us she is too busy to update the tablets and ended the call with “it’s probably on its way”. Driver then arrives a few minutes later and tells us he slammed on the breaks and the pizza is everywhere. Avoid this place at all costs!

Food ok. The staff is great! But everytime I order well done meat on my salad it’s undercooked. Also the women who answers the phone is kind of short and dismissive. She always wants to hang up before I’m done ordering. With food beat around the corner they gotta upthe ante on their salads!

Been here 2 days in a row for lunch, keeps having me coming back for more, been working down the street from this local establishment and the quality of the food is superb. Definitely the best Deli I’ve been to in this town (Franklin) and I look forward to coming back to try even more of the food, I will update this with more pictures as acquired.
