My fiance and I had ordered the family platter from Mr. Ho’s and we had no problem with any of it. The food was great, and I was very pleased with the service over the phone, we called in for delivery. As far as the delivery they got us our food fast and our entire order was correct; however, the delivery driver was a bit rude. After the delivery charge which I’m sure they get a percentage of and the cost of such a large meal I didn’t have much money left. When she showed up she was very rude when I couldn’t give her a big tip and was like “What gratuity.” Other than that I have no issues with Mr. Ho’s and I would eat there again.

Terrible experience with the food, will never order from here again. The white rice was hard, cold, and partly uncooked. The steamed dumplings were also cold and hard, and the dumpling sauce was only watered down soy sauce. Lo Mein was also hard and overcooked. The free cheese ragoons were the only thing we honestly enjoyed. After $40 for delivery and huge portions of food that was uneatable – I would not recommend them. Lovely woman took the order and delivered it quickly, but the food was so bad.
