First time trying this place. Didn’t know what to expect, and the waitress didn’t explain anything. We basically just figured out how it worked and created our pots. I wasn’t sure how long to cook the meat for and we didn’t get any utensils other than the chopsticks and soup spoons, so I used those to stir the pot. Aside from having to just figure it out, we had fun with it all and the meals turned out good. I’d definitely return and try new combinations. I picked the “i luv hotpot” broth, which was a little sweet/sour and spicy. I loved it. I added chicken, imitation crab, onions, garlic, bok choy, rice noodles, and they have a sauce bar to add more flavor. I ordered a strawberry drink that I think was meant for kids. It was too sugary and hard to drink out of the bottle. I ended up also getting a lemonade, which was also a bit too sweet. Otherwise good experience.

I haven’t been to one of these places, so I thought it was a lot of fun. The conveyer belt was an interesting touch. So, you basically pick your broth and then start dumping things into it. Apparently, the New Englander in me thought just dumping the thinly sliced chicken into the pot, was the right thing to do. Boiled meat!! My laughing children told me, you’re supposed to take the thin slices and then hold them in the boiling broth until it’s cooked and then eat them… Live and learn. The vegetable broth had a nice kick and everything off the belt tasted fresh. Don’t forget the spice bar up front to add some heat! I’d try that again.

Loved the environment and the food was excellent! The Thai broth was incredible. I would’ve given more stars but I will say we got the saki and it had two dead fruit flies in it when we poured it out but they did remove that from the table with no problem. I’ll still go back because it was so good.

Very cool concept for hot pot. The ability to choose your hot pot ingredients from the conveyor belt is very convenient. I’m also impressed that everything was very fresh and that you can tell how much each plate cost based on their color. Most/all vegetables and noodle plates are $3, meat and seafood plates are $6 and $7, and lobster tail, big shrimps, or premium meats were $10. Overall a very decent place for hot pot and nice decorations too.

I reached here an hour and a half before closing time. I had the beef broth which was way too salty that day. None of the options I was interested in for the hot pot was available. The broccoli had some white fungus growing on it and to top everything off they turned off the revolving belt, music, and some lights an HOUR before closing. We were so uncomfortable, I barely write reviews but this was too bad. Honestly don’t go here, save your money! There are way more hotpot places with fresher food and better service. I wasted my time to eat a salty broth with fried tofu skin for 30 minutes and then kicked out for obvious reasons. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Ohhhhhhhhh my goodness. What an amazing atmosphere. I do love I ❤️hot pot restaurant. It’s a beautiful restaurant and the food is superb. The owners are very friendly people. Please check I ❤️hot pot out, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you I ❤️hot pot. Till next time We made it back on February 13th. It was quite but the was still good. We had 2 Che 3 mau. Thanks again for the delicious food. Too bad we couldn’t order sushi or chicken wings.

My first time at a Hot pot location and I loved the food. They had a fair amount of broths to choose from and the best part was the food on the belt. The waiter was *on call* thru a button and they always answered in a timely fashion. I liked the meat and vegetables variety they had! Thank you for keeping your restaurant clean and your food fresh!
