This is a hidden treasure just off I-45 on 336. We were greeted by a smiling welcoming waitress. We tried the Ground Beef Chili Relleno plate and the Tacos al Carbon (1 beef, 1 chicken) and a Mango Liquado. DANG THAT WAS GOOD! Every single item was above average if not crazy delicious!

Ordered a pork skin/chicharon breakfast burrito to-go on a Saturday morning and oh my gosh I’m just gonna get my breakfast burritos from here. First time someone finally had crispy, crunchy skin inside and it was fairly large for $7. Perfect fuel for my work day which is quite physical. They put cheese, salsa, eggs and your meat of choice. I wasn’t in there more than 6 minutes. Friendly, fast service and they were fairly busy for 9am.

My family and I came here about a week ago and my sister and I ended up getting food poisoning from this place, as we were paying the check I did noticed that they keep a large tub of sour cream out and their eggs sitting on top of the fridge, which is very unsanitary. the waitress was absolutely nice which is why I gave this a 2 star rating, but the cooks need to learn about keeping things fresh and not out in the open serving basically spoiled food. Needless to say we did end up going to the ER that night because we got so sick and the pain we were in was too much to handle. won’t be returning.

Best AUTHENTIC Mexican good we have had since moving from our home in Denver. The red and green salsas are amazing and actually have spice to them. Happy we came across this little hole in the wall. Also service was on point. We will definitely be back!!

I gave them 1 star because they need help/changes in many areas. 1st, the food portions were small and the quality and flavor was poor. I ordered the Barbacoa plate which was greasy. The meat was a very small portion that was stacked on top of a bed of sautéed mushrooms,onions, and squash. At first sight, it appears to be a decent portion, but the reality was that there was only about 4 fork loads worth. There was a thin layer of rice and beans. The cost of rice and beans is ridiculously cheap so why aren’t they at least generous with that? The reason is because they are not generous with anything.
