I got a text at 830pm stating my order was out for delivery. I called the store at 920pm because it still hadn’t arrived. I was given a story about a door dash driver taking the order and then canceling it, was told me order had to be remade and had just been sent out the door with another driver. Not once did anyone contact me about the mix up. Then when the food arrived, it was all cold and had to be microwaved to be able to eat it, which shows the story about it “being remade” was a complete lie. Worst Pizza Hut experience we’ve ever had.

What happened to the toppings? Corporate greed strikes again. Ordered a 3 topping pizza and there were far fewer toppings on it than there used to be. I worked at a Pizza Hut before so I know. One slice had one pepperoni, one piece of pork, and one piece of beef. The others weren’t much better.

I asked for extra sauce and the cook put extra cheese. I let the lady working the front know and she gladly had them make another one. The second one was great and there was no sass involved. She was very nice and understanding. Would definitely go back to this location.

I am definitely ordering from Pizza Hut more often. The food was incredible, the delivery was fast and they followed the delivery directions perfectly. The chicken parm melt was delicious, and getting a one topping personal pan pizza and coke for $5.99 is a steal! That was the most delicious pizza I’ve had in a long time. The cheesy parm sauce is so yummy.

I was charged twice for the same online order. I spoke with the Manager on duty, and was told she would refund the second charge at the end of the shift. She did not do what she said she would. On top of that, the pizza was cold. Not happy, and I will be taking my business elsewhere if the issue is not resolved.

The delivery guy was very nice and very helpful. I’m disabled and I’m on oxygen twenty-four hours a day. I was visiting my son at his new home. My son and my husband were gone 2 the store so I was left there to wait for the pizza by myself. I was sitting in the back part of the house next to my oxygen machine. When the pizza arrived I had to go towards the front part of the house my oxygen tube disconnected as I was opening the door. The delivery man quickly came in and helped me. He brought the food all the way to the table and made sure that I was okay and that my oxygen tube was reconnected. Very thankful for his kindness and for his help. The pizza was great and it was delivered quickly as well.

This is what I paid 30 dollars for!! Terrible very unhappy and hungry!!!! This was not the driver’s fault u can see they loaded the pizza with sauce, Breadsticks were cold and still needed to be cooked!! This is unacceptable!!!! This is Detroit Pizza!!
