I had sworn I ordered regular crust, so why am I being served thin crust but being charged for regular crust? The pizza used to be a whole lot better, whoever making the pizzas now make them to thin. Not worth the money, wish I never ate here

Placed and ordered via phone call. The representative stated 20 minutes for food to be done. Cool. Showed up in 25 minutes, and food wasn’t ready. I waited another 25 minutes for food. While waiting, i watched the staff make pizzas. The manager was pounding out pizza dough. Another worker needed his fingerprint for something on the register, and he steps over, puts his finger on the device , checks his phone, and then goes right back to pounding dough. Never washed his hands or anything. I was hoping the oven would kill anything he may have spread onto the dough with the unsafe handling.

It was good! Every once in awhile you’ll get a sloppy pizza or one that isn’t cut very well, but for the most part this is a good location. Seems there’s a select few workers that rush the pizzas, but the majority of them care and make good product. Also the papa pairings are great if you’ve got numerous mouths to feed and a limited budget!

I had food delivered since it’s a hassle to take a newborn out. The cinnamon rolls looked like they had been eaten off of…part was missing and tin foil was bent. I called about it, and they told me I would have to show them the cinnamon rolls and they would make another. So I drove all the way down there with a newborn. I waited 5-6 minutes while a new one cooked. The guys in the back were not wearing gloves while handling food. I took the cinnamon rolls and left. So basically paid a $5.00 delivery fee and a $5.00 delivery tip and had to go out of my way with a newborn to go to their store. $10 paid for nothing but a hassle. I think the delivery driver took a bite out of the cinnamon rolls on the way. I will not be a returning customer. It’s unsanitary. Partially eaten cinnamon rolls plus the no gloves when touching food. I wanted to post a pic, but there’s no option.

We have been traveling for over 3 hours, by the time we were settled in our room almost everything around us was closed. We asked the front desk who all delivers, they mentioned PaPa John’s and we knew we couldn’t go wrong with this choice!! We ordered 2 pizzas and a side of wings, not only was the staff super friendly, but quoted our delivery to be 30 to 40 minutes and had our food to us within 15 mins tops!! Everything is hot, perfect and 100% quality, good job Richmond PaPa John’s!!!!

Every time I order from this location I never get my complete order. First time was sauces I paid for through the app. Second time was breadsticks. Now they completely forgot my jalapeño bites. Then when I told the manager woman all she could say was sorry we are training people. Every time? If your turn over rate is that high YOUR THE PROBLEM!

So I got connected to a call center they took my order then hung up. The restaurant said the order wasn’t put in with the coupon, that I had been told worked. Then I tried to use the website and couldn’t select the options that I wanted to match the coupon. So the manager on staff was rude and quick to blame the website and didn’t handle it as a manager should’ve had. Don’t know her name but she’s working today (may 26) at 6:48pm. Highly disappointed and will not be back. Way to run a business papa John’s .

Shout out to Tony! Bad wind storm hit just after order was made. We tried to cancel the order but Papa John’s was like “No, these people will eat!” Tony, our brave delivery hero, braved the winds, dodging flying cows and other animals alike. Tony dodged incoming debris of trees and trampolines. Caught a baby that was snatched from its crib by the monstrous winds and then returned it to its home. All this just to make sure we had a hot and ready pizza. Tony is a legend and will be forever remembered in this house.

I ordered a large order and followed my order on the app. I noticed that it was marked that my order had been delivered with a random picture of my order sitting in front of an unknown door. When I called about my order, I was told that they had outsourced my order to Door Dash and was told that they would remake my order, i offered to come and pick up my order. When my husband went to pick up our order, I noticed when he arrived home that my order was incomplete. I called back for the second time, speaking again to Manager Jeremy. He asked if he could apply my missing item to my next order, and I said no. On top of the fact that I paid a $12 tip to my delivery driver, I didn’t feel like I should need to wait to be compensated. I also requested the return of my tip since I ended up picking up my own order. I only had $11 returned to my card a few days later. I was never offered anything as an apology, and it will be a long time before I order from Richmond Papa John’s again!
