I usually don’t like to give not to good reviews. But when I arrived, there was no one to greet Me. Then I couldn’t give my order. They wanted Me to punch it in the machine. Then after I placed my order, I had to wait longer than expected. Cuz my order was ready, but the young lady forgot to give it to me. And I was the only customer there waiting. I was gonna get some donuts, but there were food flies flying around them.

Went in and the 4 employees were to busy talking and doing drive thru that they could not wait on the customers INSIDE the store. We stayed for about 4 minutes and even tried to get someones attention, but could not so we left. Cannot give zero stars, but will not go back to this one!!!:(

Every time I go there they’re always out of something. It’s either cups or they don’t have food and that’s all the time. The only good thing about this location are the employees. They are the only ones that know how to make my coffee the way I like it and I go here every day and they’re always pleasant.

One of the managers is is very rude an the new employee has the worst attitude I had to bring my coffee back in an told her what was wrong an she just said okay with her smart mouth an kept looking at me then said what was it so I told her then asked if she could pour out the coffee that was messed up cause it was full an didn’t want to put it in the trash can she rolled her eyes an again with the okay…..smart mouth every other day I’m having to take my coffee back an I a regular everyday customer it’s sad how they work the new employee was taking order in drive-thru I will be going elsewhere from now on
