Worst ever. I ordered online Tuesday night and got to the store at 9:30pm and the lights were out. I called store next day no answer and they also used my points and I never even received the order. I’ve been calling for two days straight and have no got a answer!! I finally went back today for my order and my pizza was burnt the GM manager was rude I wouldn’t recommend that Pizza Hut to nobody

The district manager named Chris confirmed with me tonight that Pizza Hut advertises Cinnabon rolls and extra Cinnabon icing on their dessert menu, however they do not put Cinnabon icing on the rolls and will include Pizza Hut icing in it’s place. He went on to say icing is icing and take it up with corp if you don’t like it. I wonder if the good people at Cinnabon know this is happening!

6/20/23 at 8:11 a pizza was ordered from this location, the pizza was NEVER delivered I received a message stating the pizza was delivered then received a message that the order was cancelled. I drove to the store to speak to someone at 9:37pm and to my surprise the store was closed, like nobody to be found, lights out and no cars in the lot, not to mention the store hours state they don’t close until 11:00pm. I will be visiting the location tomorrow to get my refund. I will not be ordering from them again

The absolute worse. I placed an order for another location but someone it ended up here. Well part of it anyway. No one answered the phone for over an hour. Arrived an there’s an employee outside on their phone. The employees inside didn’t care too much about the issue with the order being half way ordered or even offered to make it. I had no issues waiting if it was going to be made. I should have just called my credit card company and disputed the charges since no one could bother answering for me to cancel. This place sucks.

I wouldn’t even give this 1 star the wings were dry and the pizza wasn’t made right I got light sauce extra pepperoni with one half jalapeños and banana peppers. And the pizza was undercooked the cheese wasn’t even fully melted the pizza only had 2 pepperonis each slice and everything is falling off the pizza.

The absolute worst. I placed an order at another location but somehow it was sent to this location. Well actually half the order was sent here. I tried calling for over 30 mins to get someone on the phone to cancel as I didn’t want to drive all across town for half my order but no answer. Once I arrive there was a worker outside on the phone, one standing inside and another just sitting in a chair. I explained what happened and the worker really didn’t seem to care just handed me the part of the order that I had. A total waste of time. I’ll pass on this place.

We had stopped ordering from this location after so many missing items from orders, very long delivery times, etc. but decided to try again this evening. Ordered just before 7PM on the website, received order confirmation and email receipt. Received a text from a Doordash driver 20 minutes later saying they were waiting on the order.

I would not even give this place 1 star. Stay away from this place. This is the second time I ordered, my credit card was charged but nothing when I got to the store. The man behind the counter basically said to me, I don’t care what the problem is. I guess it is Dominoes Pizza or Papa John’s for now on.
