The service was quick and friendly. And the food was as expected. I had not been to a Waffle House and was pleasantly surprised that they would sub fresh tomatoes for the hash browns. Coffee was good, and the raisin toast was awesome.

Not as I remember from past experiences. This was my first revisit since 2012 and I was so excited to go again, however I am rather disappointed in the food. I remember the omelets being fluffy and this was not how my omelet arrived flat and saturated in the butter sauce. The sunny side up eggs contained way too much uncooked whites that my daughter wouldn’t eat them. The hash browns were also over saturated with butter sauce. There was no chocolate milk available and the coffee was weak and watery. The only good food item was the waffle.

Food was delicious, hot, and fresh. Customer service was decent, but this Waffle House is dirty. The floors look like they hadn’t been swept, flys flying around, smears all over the windows, and it was super muggy.

I stopped there to eat so I went to use the rest to wash my hands…there was NO paper towels or toilet paper in both bathrooms so my wife told 2 employees and nothing was done(they both looked at her like it wasn’t a problem)and everyone entering this restaurant went straight to the bathrooms before ordering. You would think after asking for toilet paper someone would react and make an effort to supply the rest rooms but NO ONE even cared. This Waffle House was off I-95 and people were stopping to eat and use the bathrooms and what made it worse was there was a Dollar General across the street. The employees were talking it up with customers and on their cell phones. So my question is if the employees use the rest room and IF they wash their hands where do they wipe them?? VERY unprofessional.

I eat alot of Waffle houses and an this tops the worst Waffle house that I’ve been too. The employee’s didn’t know what they where doing they where so unorganized . Me an my husband and grandson got up. Paid for the drinks an left an when to a different Waffle house the service was excellent there.
