My only issue is the tiny piece of tin foil over the burrito that breaks then you cannot even cover the huge (and delicious) burrito back up to save for later because you couldn’t wait to eat before you got home…..this is totally not anecdotal at all….. picture unrelated

Thought this place was going to be great seeing that it had a 4.0 rating. But this place was disgusting and rude service! Do not eat here unless you want to get food poisoning! Their restrooms had piss all over the floor and the toilet. No paper towels to dry hands and and no soap! The whole restaurant was unclean and dirty tables when they’re not even busy. Not to mention the service was rude and disrespectful to ppl ordering. If I could give this experience a negative rating it would be a negative 10!

Just had a terrible customer service experience at this store. This store has usually been great in the past, but today was different. Before preparing my bowl, the lady employee (yellow shirt) preparing the base/protein was rude and inpatient with the few questions I asked. When she made my two bowls, she scraped the bottom of the tray of chicken “crumbs” to add the protein. Immediately after, another employee brought a new tray of fresh chicken, I inquired about why I got the chicken “crumbs” and that I preferred the fresh tray instead. The employee snapped and said “it’s from the same pan, it’s all the same” and moved on to the next customer. The way she snapped was terrible. And the fact that she moved on to the next customer without “making it right” was even more terrible. We proceeded to the next employee (I think pink shirt) who did the toppings and checkout. I have to note that this employee was absolutely great completing the process. I think she had also picked up on her colleague’s rudeness and saw my displeasure. She completed our order and checkout with a smile. That is the service I have always received at this store.

Food was good, however customer service surprised us. I requested kids quesadilla as I was in for a light snack after dinner at home and the lady started making a full size. TWO TIMES I confirmed again and again “is this kid size, as it looks like full size to me” and she responded YES all the . I was skeptical however accepted her answer. At the end of the order, the cashier charged me for the full size quesadilla. I told the cashier that this is a kids size quesadilla and has been double confirmed by the lady who was making it, however cashier said it was full size. I then specifically inquired from the cashier if the lady who made my quesadilla was new, and was told that she is not. Anyway, in order to not waste the food, I accepted the full size quesadilla. Same thing with my husband’s taco salad. This same lady, while adding ingredients to the taco salad asked to add “rice”, so since my husband is on no carb diet, we told her “rice on the side” as my husband did not want it inside the salad. This is very common and this request has not been made for the first time. Later our bill showed that we were charged additional $2 for those few grains of rice which we had taken on the side instead of inside of the taco salad, and already paid for it as part of taco salad. The cashier did refund the $2 back after taking back from us the few grains of rice that had been packed on the side. Food was good, however very disappointed with the customer service.

This store is a joke they think they’re chipotle upcharging for everything. And they have a rice shortage so if u want rice it’s a extra $3 no lie just go to a different location where u don’t have to pay for quest and rice

Managers have been stealing tips from employees for years, taking advantage of the young staff and being proud of it. Very bold move considering they do little to no work compared to team members. When confronted, managers proceeded to place blame on the same employees they were stealing from instead of blaming themselves for their selfish actions. Pancheros isn’t too far of a drive from this location and they don’t screw over the staff with a smile on their face. Do better Mike and Sky, some self reflection is definitely needed!
