I only stop here driving through twice a month. Never an issue, bright, clean, those behind counter are courteous. Order is simple and always correct. I leave cheerful but I’m always more cheerful with a coffee for the road.

I have been coming to this Dunkin for a while now as I work in the area, I usually order from the app., I get two large iced coffees with no ice which is an option on the app, I also get a hot coffee for myself. last time I was here the employee informed me I had to have ice in the iced coffee. I told him my wife doesn’t want ice in it because it Waters down her coffee he said that’s what the owner said there has to be ice in the ice coffee so I left without purchasing anything. I don’t understand why they have to have ice in it, it comes cold out of the tap unless the owner is just being super cheap and making you put ice in it so he has to put less coffee in a $4 drink so I’m also emailing corporate about this complaint because there is a selection on the app for no ice and when I went in there and ordered it in person I was told by an employee that it had to have ice , terrible business practice

Not sure how reviews can state that the service is good here. No “Good morning”, “What do you like”, “X dollars please”, “thank you”, no smile, no sign of gratitude, nothing. And since we are from town we gave it many tries. These guys not even manage to return a smile from a 2 year old. Anyway I drive 5 min longer to Hillsdale where the people appreciate their customers.

Service is good. Usual Dunkin fare. My problem is the front windows have multiple signs saying how clean their bathrooms are. Yet I really had to go one day and they said the bathrooms are closed. Mind you I’m in this store 5 days a week. Sometimes twice a day. Is it me or are they really closed?

The staff at this place are indifferent at best, rude at worst. When placing orders, you’re greeted with a grunt or may, if your lucky, a ‘what do you want’. Never a please. Never a thank you. Take your business 50 feet to the north. David’s bagel shop is much friendlier.

Terrible employees! I have been here mulitple times each time being worse than the next. The last time I went here I asked for a mocha ice coffee with very little ice and almond milk. it came back with no flavor in it and more ice than I had ever seen in a beverage. When I told the employee I wanted less ice he started to argue with me insinuating that it already contained less ice like I had requested. He took it back and put the mocha in. But by the time I had gotten to the car it basically already tasted watery enough to just throw it. LESS ICE is not a hard concept. 40 ice cubes is NOT less ice. I will never come here again and I reccomend to everyone else driving the next town over and picking a different coffee location.
