Nice, clean restaurant as you enter. We must have come at 1pm after the lunch rush bevause the restaurant was empty. The men’s bathroom was dirty and disgusting.

We received good service and loved the large pitcher drinks are served in and the French Fries. The food was not fresh, the brisket and chicken were so dry, even the sauce. Green beans tasted like they were poured out of a can and heated up. The restaurant was dated and everything looks and feels old. This was my first visit in 10 years and I was shocked at how times changed and this place has not. BBQ standards have gone up in the DFW Metroplex and you must evolve to meet the new challenges or get left behind as a relic of the past. I have eaten at too many places to count but this was the most subpar experience I can remember in a long time.

This is a restaurant I will never return to. The service we received was terrible. Slow is how I would describe everything. It took way too long to get drinks ordered. They don’t use cups. You get an entire pitcher to drink from which is bonkers. It took nearly 45 minutes for food to reach our table from the time we ordered. We were told that the kitchen staff is “having and off day” and that they were new. The food was just as disappointing as the service. Dry, bland ribs and brisket. Greasy sausage. Don’t waste your time and money looking for decent BBQ here.

Been going to the H/WY 26 location since the first week they opened. My wife and I love the Elvis and Stevie Ray Vaughan memorabilia that is all around the restaurant. To go orders are ready when they say they will be and inside dining is a pleasure with good food, great service with a nice atmosphere. Nothing has ever stopped us from going to R. H. B.

I was doubtful about the speed of the takeout service but the family vote was for BBQ. I ordered online, walked in to the pick up point and had my order within 2 minutes. Family was happy. Family was fed. I didn’t have to cook or clean up after a hectic Sunday. Win-win.

The food was good, but nothing really special. Didn’t get an authentic Texas BBQ vibe. it seemed more chain like. But it was close to our hotel. The best part about our experience was our server, Brandon. He was outstanding.

The Texas temperature was 107 and I did not want to heat up the kitchen so I asked my husband to stop at Red, Hot & Blue on the way home. A quart of their fresh coleslaw, unique potato salad, and peach cobbler for dessert. Added to cold catfish (leftovers from the night before) and it was the perfect dinner with our the heat.
