For the most part it’s usually 99% rating but lately the rice has been horrible. Mushy like oatmeal and stinks like mold. Rest of food I’ve tried so far has been fine. Called location to advise manager, worker lied and said manager was on break from a location that just opened 30 mins prior to calling. So obviously that was a lie. I explained about the bad rice and was told that it sits over night cooking and sometimes it over cooks. Definitely too over cooked and smells rotten. Not happy about that and how they didn’t handle the issue and how the manager did not care enough to speak with me about it.

Make sure you thank Geordie and Tasha for some great cooking and friendly service. You must have the shrimp, nice and crunchy breading with super sweet sauce and flavorful shrimp that takes u back to your grandma house. Love em.

They severely skimped my order. I got orange chicken bowl and there was literally 5 pieces. I also ordered double bejing beef for the plate entree and got one scoop and all rice. Terrible portion at full price.

I ordered two plates one was teriyaki chicken and that plate didn’t come with any teriyaki sauce what do ever very disappointed. The cheese Rangoon’s weren’t crispy they were very chewy. Every time I order from them online it’s always missing something or multiple things and the only time I’ve noticed it’s correct is when I’m physically there watching them make my food!

been here a few times and am always discontent with quality of service. I only come back because I like orange chicken and its a convenient meal to pickup on the way home. After this experience though, I will not be coming back.
