The stromboli was ok I personally like more flavor but it wasn’t terrible it taste very fresh the bake Goods are delicious and the worker were extremely friendly. It was a calm atmosphere. I forgot to take pictures of the bake goods they were so good just got caught in a great conversation with one of the employees but I definitely will visit again and try other things on their menu. They do not serve coffee there if you are a coffee drinker. The restaurant gives you a clean cozy vibe. They played really good catchy christian songs there, not going to lie but I took out my phone to allow Google to search for the song and added to my YouTube songs list.

The service is great and is very open and homey. I got some salad and that was normal nothing too special. I also got some calamari when I got it to was a little too chewy. The marinara sauce was one of the best parts of my entree I got the parmesan chicken the only thing bad about it was that the pasta and chicken ratio I feel it had too much chicken. They gave canned sodas. Over all the food was pretty good and is a very good Italian restaurant to go.

I’ve been coming here for a few years since my wife have celiac and is gluten free. I’ve had both the gluten free and the regular dishes here. They are almost indistinguishable. Staff has always been super friendly except one girl whos name escapes me at the moment. The food is tasty and fresh. The new location while being fresh and in way better shape then the old building is tiny. There is barley any seating room anymore. We were a large group of 7 and had another similar sized group been there we would not have fit. It seems that they rebuilt into a pizzeria with an Italian restaurants menu. I wouldn’t let that stop you from going but call first if you want to sit to make sure there is room.

Our favorite local spot! Very friendly & family owned. We order about twice a week and also use for business/personal catering events. Best Chicken Parm, Brooklyn Pizza & Cheesesteaks around. Love the drive-thru pick-up option too!!! Worth a try!

Gluten free strawberry shortcake cupcake. Lite texture, creamy filling semisweet. Just the right amount of sweetness. However being a strawberry shortcake it was lacking strawberry. With only 3 little slices of strawberry I was feeling a little short changed. Flavor was overall good. Place is both a regular and Gluten free eaterie.

I stop by Grandma’s Grotto every time I visit my family in the area! It is a no frills place with tons of gluten free options. I have celiac disease and have never gotten sick eating here. My favorites include the pasta sauces, fried items like the calamari and the mozzarella sticks and all of the baked goods. The eclairs are one of their best items and are frequently sold out!

I have been Gluten Free since 2014 not by choice and let me tell you being Italian I have yet to find a spot that makes good gluten free pie until today. They have taken my heart and I refuse to order from anywhere else or make it on my own now.

Had to go to Willow Grove today (1 and 1/2 hours from our home) so we stopped at Grandma’s Grotto. I got the gluten-free shrimp alfredo. The pasta was very good. My husband got a non gluten free lasagna, and he said it was the best lasagna he has ever eaten. The owner was so nice and gave us tips on cooking gluten free pasta. We took home some desserts which were also very good. If we are ever in that area again we will definitely stop there.
