It’s good food but if you order onion rings, you will get a handful. Not an adult handful either. It’s literally every single time. Last time I ordered 2 orders of onion rings but it was still the traditional “small handful”. So buy 2 get 1 tiny order. So.. Today I literally received 3 onion rings as an order. Ridiculous. At least the other times i received 4 or 5 maybe. I will have to start going thru my bag and ensuring I receive my money’s worth apparently. Good food but Ridiculously stingy with onion rings. That is literally $1 each lol

I took a friend here today for lunch that’s new to the area. She was very impressed with how much food we got for under $20, we each got meals plus I got a BLT as well. You could tell that the cashier was fairly new because she was a little slow figuring out where things were on the register but she was very polite which was great! The sweet tea was amazing. The floor was a little gross, so was the drink station, and most of the tables were too. Overall it was an ok experience, but the white cheddar cheese bites make up for anything wrong lol

Service was great, fast and friendly as usual. The food was off this time… Way too many sauteed onions on our burgers. It was a whole burgers worth of onions on there, on top of the burger. And as always, the atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly… Inviting. I love cook out in Martin TN

they’re rude from start to finish as if they hate that your making them do something other than stand and play with they’re phones! and they take forever! and won’t give you all your food that you ordered! which is why doordash won’t operate there anymore.

They used to be better, but last night I got a basket with a double side of onion rings and this is it: 3 and 1/2 onion rings, plus 1 1/2 of some other junk. So I guess a side is 1 1/2 onion rings. I will not be back until I hear they have their act together.
