Judith M is a horrible employee/manager. I was trying to order and put coupons since I’m trying to save them. All of a sudden, she said she accepted it because it’s too many while other employees let me. Then she said I’m the manager in an angry tone. She then explained why she couldn’t accept in a different answer. She now said she can’t accept because there isn’t a code on the coupons and rip them up without me seeing it. She acts like if I work there. She is unprofessional for a worker to be positioned as a manager.

I was given old dark broccili. Easy to tell that instead of throwing it away they rather sneak into your food. I went a week ago and was given a raw section of chicken. Mangement needs to improve before somebody gets sick.

It burdens me to put this because I’ve never had a problem at this yoshinya, nor have I ever rated bad review anything online before. I come here somewhat frequently, but tonight the attitude that the drive thru attendant gave to me was very distasteful. I’m putting this review so hopefully someone from your store management sees this. Maybe the lady was having a bad day, but please don’t take it out on me.

Yo honestly i never really liked walking in a Yoshinoya restaurant because I didn’t know how much better these restaurants businesses really are, until i went for the first time. Here in the Maywood location in California you get the best satisfaction from dinning in a much better scenery. Go i recommend it!

I’ve held back from reviewing because I’ve tried being understanding but like others have mentioned they could have 5 cars or just 1 and the wait time is unbelievably long, I’ve never been to a Yoshi where they take this long. Today I decided to go in to see if it was any different inside—it’s not. Not only was it just as long but when I got home I noticed that for my son’s kids meal they put 2 and a half pieces of chicken. I’ve bought him a kid’s meal before and there is definitely more protein than this. This was absolutely ridiculous; waited about 20 min for this.

Had to finally try the NOYA bowls at a friend’s recommendation. Nice clean restaurant, excellent service and the food is fresh and warm. Go for the white rice bowl with the Gyudon beef, add avocado half and a side of teriyaki sauce plus a drink and you are going to love the thinly sliced beef plus the sauce gives the rice the right amount of sweet and the avocado begs for a sip of the cold drink at your side. I’ll be returning for sure.

When ordering from Yoshinoya always check your order before leaving they always make mistakes. Also not matter what and how you place your order I heard the cook complaining about a customer order that it was complicated. Overall you get what you pay for.
